Day 1            Welcome to Quebec City
Upon arriving in at the airport, make your way to your centrally-located hotel for two nights in one of North America's oldest cities.

Days 2 & 3        Quebec City

Wander the narrow streets of Old Quebec and reconnect with the past. Embark on your Hop-On Hop-Off tour or your Quebec City coach tour (whichever you've chosen*) and explore the city's history.

Outside of the city, be sure to visit beautiful Orleans Island, the Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, and Montmorency Falls. Just 12 km from Old Quebec, these falls are 84 metres high, and have a suspension bridge hung across them, giving you an unexpected experience with a great view.

Make your way to the train station for your overnight train to Halifax.

Day 4             The Ocean by Via Rail - Halifax
Take the time to relax and enjoy breath-taking scenery the 360-degree in the upper observation deck. You'll pull into Halifax in the early evening. Make your way to your city-center hotel and head out to discover Halifax's renowned pubs and unique nightlife.

Meal(s): Breakfast and lunch served onboard

Days 5 & 6        Halifax
Right on the Atlantic, Halifax has had a long history with the sea. Boisterous, fun loving, creative, and inspiring, there isn't much you can't do here. Your package includes admission to the Halifax Citadel, a National Historic Site.

Outside Halifax, you're in the heart of the Maritimes. Head to famous Peggy's Cove for picture-perfect villages and the iconic lighthouse. And the Bay of Fundy is not far either. Be there at the right time and you can watch the world's highest tides come rushing in. And of course, you have to try a Halifax lobster roll: it's a delicious tradition.

Day 7            Return Home
Make your way to the airport for your return flight home.
