St. James's Club & Villas Antigua

There is a local resort fee of US$24 per room, per night, that is to be paid locally and will be charged either at check in or check out on property.

There is a Tourism Guest Levy that is required to be paid locally. The Tourism Levy will range from US $3 - US$5 (depending on accommodation rate level booked) per person, per night for all guests ages 6 years and up.  This fee will be collected upon check in or check-out directly by the hotel.

Royal Suite and Royal Spa Suites are adults only 16+ and older suites.

Please note that a surcharge of $40 US per person applies at Piccolo Mondo Restaurant. Reservation required.

All guests are required to provide a credit card and valid government issued identification upon checking in at the hotel. A US $350 pre-authorization will be processed to the guest’s credit card to cover any incidentals.

American Express credit cards will not be accepted to pay local charges and incidentals at the resort. Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted.

Rollaway beds can be provided for an additional cost $20 US (plus tax & service and cost is subject to change without notice) per night, to be paid on property. No Rollaways are permitted in Club rooms.

All requests for rollaway beds should appear on rooming lists and are not guaranteed. A maximum of one rollaway bed is permitted per room.

The kitchens, bars, and food outlets at the resort use wholesome ingredients, which may include peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, nut-based oils, eggs, shellfish, shrimp and shrimp paste, seafood and seafood pastes, soy, milk, wheat and other items that may be potential allergens.

Due to the all-inclusive nature of our resort, and the large scale of our food and beverage operations, we cannot guarantee that food items will not come in contact with potential allergens even if a particular dish does not normally include these ingredients.

Special Diets / Dietary Restrictions
In an all-inclusive setting, the hotel is unable to accommodate meals due to dietary restrictions.

The Mamora Bay Divers scuba diving operation based at St. James’s Club & Villas Antigua is no longer available. Therefore, as a result the selling scuba diving excursions will no longer be available ath this resort.

Please note that the maxiumum occupancy differs between the Upper-Level Beachfront Rooms and the Lower-Level Beachfront Rooms

Upper-Level Beachfront Rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 (2 Adults). They come with a balcony and a private bathroom with shower only

Lower-Level Beachfront Rooms have a maximum occupancy of 4 (2 adults and 2 children, 3 adults). They come with a terrace and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Connecting rooms may be available upon request for Lower-Level Beachfront Rooms. Rooms with a king bed will connect to rooms with 2 double beds. Subject to availability.

Kindly note that housekeeping services are provided to guest rooms every other day during your stay. This aligns with the resorts sustainability goals of reducing water, electricity, and detergent usage.
