Please note that the hotel will be collecting a new Tourism Guest Levy. This Levy will will range from US $3 - US$5 per person, per night for all guests. The rate will depend on the accommodation level of the hotel booked, and will be collected upon check -in or check-out locally.

Snacks, non-house brand wines and spirits, and bottled water are not included in the All-Inclusive package and must be paid for locally.
Beach Club Room category consists of three types of units: Great House Room, Honeymoon Cove Room, or Royal Palm Beach Room. When booking Beach Club Room the the resort wil assign you to any of the three units under the Beach Club Room category, based on availability.
In April of 2023 Hawksbill Resort was closed for refurbishment and reopened on November 4th 2023 under the management of Caribbean Beach Cottage Collection, an Antiguan Hospitality Management Group.
