The door code for your vacation home will be waiting for you at the Global Marketing office located at 12601 Avalon Road, Winter Garden, FL 34787. Check-in is any time after 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. For arrivals after hours, the keys may be picked up from the lockbox at the front door of the office. 

Enter code 2323* and then press the key symbol button. Check-out is 10:00 am.

New Check in process:

Effective July 11, 2023,  Florida Homes will have an online check in process. Clients will need to check in online. Within 2 weeks of Client's departure, Florida homes will provide a link for Guests to check in online. Once the link is completed, Global Homes will provide check in details for Guest's stay.

Guest Vouchers will be provided at check in. The Vouchers are given to the security guard for access to the resort. One sheet per foursome, per home (or per car, per home) should be provided upon check in.

Registration, Security Deposit, and Property Protection Fee: All guests must register with Global by noon the day following arrival or they may be subject to lockout. Your reservation includes a pre-paid Property Protection Fee. This fee is a damage waiver that will cover up to $1,500 for accidental or inadvertent damages. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence are the responsibility of  the guest and are not covered by this waiver. A credit card number must be given at the time of check-in to act as a security deposit. This credit card number will be charged if  items are stolen or intentionally damaged in the rental property. The property should be left reasonably clean. If the property is not left in a suitable condition, it may be necessary to charge the credit card for costs to cover extra cleaning.

Main office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. In-house guests may reach Global Vacation Rentals during business hours at 407-387-3030. Messages left after hours will be returned on the next business day. Any guest requiring immediate assistance after hours may call
407-387-3030 and choose option 9 at the main menu. This line is for emergency after hour assistance only and a fee will be applied to guest for non-emergency use.

All homes have a private pool, Condos do not have pools, most townhouses have pools.

New mandatory measures and procedures - Effective until January 8, 2024
Disney has instituted new mandatory steps and procedures for guests who book a Disney Park Pass or Ticket. Prior to booking any Disney product, please visit Disney's Know Before You Go information page to stay updated on important information regarding park reopening, reservations, limitations on benefits, features, experiences and offerings, new safety measures, and other information.

New Disney Park ticket booking procedures
Park attendance will be managed through a new park reservation system. To enter a park on a particular day, both a park reservation for that day AND a valid ticket for park admission on that day are required.

Before booking a ticket: It will be solely the responsibility of the consumer to check park availability by visiting the Disney Park Pass Availability page before making a booking.

After booking a ticket: All guests will be required to log into My Disney Experience immediately once you have your confirmation number.

Off-site guests are to use their ticket confirmation number, and guests staying at a Disney Hotel are to call Air Canada Vacations within 48-72hrs after their booking is made to retrieve their hotel confirmation number. The guest MUST access My Disney Experience using their existing profile or by creating a new profile, and, using the Ticket or confirmation number, link the Ticket to the profile and then make park reservations in the “Disney Park Pass System” section.

Reminder: Booking a Disney Park ticket does not guarantee a spot in the park that day until the guests make the reservation in the Disney Park Pass System on the My Disney Experience website or app.

Any of the following shall constitute proof of Canadian residency: (i) a valid Canadian passport, (ii) a valid Canadian driver’s license, or (iii) a valid Canadian Provincial identification card.  If the guest does not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each ticket purchased for an adult the guest must provide one of the following dated within the last 2 months evidencing a Canadian residential address (not a PO Box), together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver’s license, any other government –issued identification card) : monthly mortgage statement; Provincial Vehicle Registration or Title; homeowner’s insurance policy or bill; automobile insurance policy or bill; utility bill; mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statement; or mail from a Federal, Provincial, or City government agency.  A print of an electronic bill of the type described above is acceptable.  Photocopies and fax copies of bills are not acceptable.
