Important Notes
Please be advised the Aqua Syline At Island Colony has scheduled an upcoming Drain, Waste and Vent Replacement project commencing October 23rd, 2023.
As this project is to improve the property, there will be repair noise throughout the day that guests will hear.
The Hotel's team will take every possible measure in ensuring our guests’ comfort:
- Work will be limited to Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (weather permitting)
- Water will be completely shut off for the stacks during this time period
- Work will be limited to (1) stack at a time and will be out-of-order for a duration of 2 to 3 months until all units within that stack is completed
- As much as possible, guest room assignments will be diverted away from the worksite
- Proper signage will be posted throughout the property to ensure guest safety
The hotel will continue to operate as all services and facilties will remain available for all guests to enjoy during this time.
This project is anticipated to be completed by end of October 2024.
A daily resort fee of $25.00 USD plus tax, per room, per night will be paid locally
