Important Notes
Government ID and credit card deposit: Guests must present valid government issued identification, and a valid major credit card at check-in. A $350 USD pre-authorization will be processed to the guest's credit card to cover any incidentals. American Express is not accepted.
Minimum age requirements: Each room must have at least one adult aged 21 years or older.
Restaurant age requirement and surcharge: There is a minimum age requirement of 12 years old for Le Jardin à la carte restaurant, and all guests dine at adult rates ($35 US per person surcharge. Subject to change.)
Late check-out and courtesy rooms subject to availability and additional charge payable locally at the resort
Smoking policy: All rooms and suites are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on outdoor terraces and balconies.
Rooms accessible by elevator: Only Deluxe Ocean View rooms and One Bedroom Ocean View Suites are elevator accessible
Rollaway beds: A rollaway bed or cot can be provided for an additional fee of $20 US, subject to change (plus tax & service) per night. The request must be made in advance and the fee is to be paid locally on property. A maximum of one rollaway bed is permitted per room. Subject to availability. Please note rollaway beds and cots cannot be added to Premium Double, One Bed Suites, Deluxe Ocean View rooms and Two Bedroom Suites.
