Park attendance will be managed through a new park reservation system. To enter a park on a particular day, both a park reservation for that day AND a valid ticket for park admission on that day are required.

All guests will be required to log into My Disney Experience immediately once you have your confirmation number.

Renovations Update:
Please be advised that Loews Portofino Bay Hotel will be making repairs to the façade of the hotel and new windows and doors will be installed from July 28, 2023 – December 2024 to maintain the immersive experience of their Italian village. All work will be done during business hours 9:00am – 6:00pm. These repairs are being done one section at a time and may be visible to our guests. Most common areas of the hotel and food and beverage outlets will remain available for guest use. There may be modifications required in certain areas as work is being completed. Guests can expect noise from time to time.
