Please be advised Aston at the Waikiki Banyan will have the following upcoming renovation projects:
Elevator Modernization Project
• Elevator modernization work will commence on April 22, 2024, and continue through April 30, 2025.
• Work will be limited to Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Each elevator will take approximately 13 weeks to modernize.
• Each tower has four elevators, and only one elevator will be out of order at a time. Therefore, throughout this project, there should be three remaining elevators in each tower in operation for use by owners and guests.
6th Floor Recreation Deck Restroom Renovation
• Work has already started and, barring any unforeseen circumstances, will be completed by May 27, 2024.
• Work will be limited to Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• While the project is ongoing, the 6th floor restrooms and the sauna will be closed.
• The BBQs and recreation deck remain accessible for all owners and guests. The pool and Jacuzzis will remain open for use until the Annual Pool & Jacuzzi Maintenance project (described below) begins.
