The tennis court is permanently closed. The sauna reopened in January 2023.
Plumbing Repair & Electrical Project: Please be advised the Aston Waikiki Sunset has scheduled an upcoming plumbing repair and electrical project commencing January 16th, 2023 and onwards.
As these projects are to improve the property, guests may incur noise throughout the day, intermittent water shutdowns and power outages (which guests will be notified in advance of any of these occurrences). The Hotel's team will take every possible measure in ensuring our guest’s stay is comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Electrical Project - Estimated project duration & completion: January 16, 2023 – March 31, 2024
• Work is restricted to Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• There will be noise from drilling in the laundry rooms on each floor from January 17, 2023 through February 3, 2023.
• Some laundry rooms may be closed on various floors during the initial phase of the project from January 16, 2023 through March 31, 2023. Laundry rooms will be accessible on other floors where work is not being performed.
• There will be intermittent temporary power outages throughout the project. Guests will be notified in advance for planned outages.
Plumbing Project - Estimated project duration & completion: March 13, 2023 - March 31st, 2024.
• There will be concrete drilling completed in phases on the ground level and around the perimeter of the
property. Noise is expected.
• Work is restricted to Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• There may be intermittent water shutdowns throughout the project. Guests will be notified in advance if/when their unit will be affected by the water shutdowns.
