Effective for New Bookings as of September 22,2023, Club Mobay VIP Arrival Service will no longer be included when booking Sunset at the Palms

Smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms/balconies and in air conditioned sections of the hotel and a cleaning charge of USD$250 will be charged for smoking in all guestrooms and balconies.

Please note a security deposit of US $80 for the in-room safe + US $15 per beach towel card is required at time of check in.

This resort is an Adults-Only resort (18+)

Please note there are some renovation work going on in the bar pool area, however, guests may enjoy drinks at the  pop-up bar with alcohol, mixers and waters. There is no set date of completion of the bar area at this time.

Sunset at The Palms, will Now include Club MoBay’s VIP Arrival Service inclusion effective for travel starting April 12 for NEW bookings made as of  Feb 5, 2025. This inclusion will only be included for passengers that book 61 days priors as the hotel MUST have flight arrival details at least 60 days prior to guests’ arrival. Inclusion is not applicable to Land only reservations.
