Welcome to Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, your local representative welcomes you and assists through the immigration process. Board your transfer to head off to your hotel in Cairo. Your representative will ensure a smooth hotel check-in.
Day 3
Cairo : Visit
After breakfast, head off to visit the Pyramids and Great Sphinx of Giza, Memphis and Saqqara. We start a guided tour to visit the great Pyramids of Giza (Cheops, Khafre and Menkaure), which were reckoned by the Greeks to be one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Pyramids and Great Sphinx of Giza, Memphis and Saqqara:
- The Pyramid of Cheops is more interesting, because its interior burial chambers are open for inspection by the public. Not far from the Pyramids is the Great Sphinx of Giza. Hewn from natural yellowish limestone and standing 65 feet-high and 187 feet-long, this unforgettable statue combines the head of a Pharaoh with a lion's body.
- Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
- In the afternoon, explore ancient Egypt with a visit to Memphis, the old capital of Egypt built by King Menes. The colossal statue of Ramses II is exhibited in the museum.
- Saqqara is where the oldest complete stone building complex known in history was built. You’ll also visit the Pyramid of Djoser and explore some of the mysteries with your knowledgeable Egyptologist.

Day 4
Cairo : Visit
Breakfast at the hotel then start tour to visit the Egyptian Museum.

Egyptian Museum, Citadel of Cairo and the Khan el-Khalili bazaar:
- Egyptian Museum: The present museum building was built in 1900, in the new classical style by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon. The museum exhibited collections exceed 120,000 objects ranges from pre-historic era to the Greco-Roman period. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
- Citadel of Cairo and the Khan el-Khalili bazaar: After visiting the museum, head to the citadel with the towering Great Mosque of Muhammad Ali. The Citadel is one of the world's greatest monuments to medieval warfare, as well as a highly visible landmark on Cairo's eastern skyline. A short drive will then take you to the amazing Khan el-Khalili bazaar, where you have some free time to stroll around the most famous bazaar in the world.

Day 5
Cairo – Luxor 7-Day Cruise
Breakfast in the hotel before check-out. Take an escorted transfer to Cairo’s domestic airport for your flight to Luxor. Board your Nile cruise for a relaxing tour through history for the next 8 days.

Disembark after breakfast and visit the west bank of Luxor.

- Valley of the Kings: Located in the hills behind Deir el-Bahri, the 62 known tombs vary both in plan and in decoration. In 1979, UNESCO designated the valley part of the World Heritage Site of ancient Thebes.
- Temple of Hatshepsut: This mortuary temple is dedicated to Amun and Hatshepsut. It is considered one of the incomparable monuments of ancient Egypt.
- Colossi of Memnon: These are two massive stone statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III, who reigned in Egypt during the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt. Since 1350 BCE, they have stood in the Theban Necropolis, located west of the Nile near the modern city of Luxor.

Cruise: Temple of Edfu

Visit the Temple of Edfu:
- One of the best-preserved shrines in Egypt. The temple was built by the Ptolemaic Kingdom between 237 and 57 BCE. The inscriptions on its walls provide important information on language, myth, and religion during the Hellenistic period in Egypt. The temple is nearly intact and a very good example of an ancient Egyptian temple.

Day 8
Cruise: Aswan
Sail to Aswan. After breakfast, head off to visit the Aswan High Dam, Philae Temple and Unfinished Obelisk.

Aswan visits:
- The Aswan High Dam: Built in 1960 to protect Egypt from annual floods from the Nile, it provides irrigation and electricity for all of Egypt today.
- Philae Temple: Now located on Agilkia Island and part of UNESCO’s Rescue of Nubian Monuments and Sites project, the temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, is in a beautiful setting which has been landscaped to match its original site.
- Unfinished Obelisk: The largest known ancient obelisk is in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt in Aswan. Its creation was ordered by Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BCE), possibly to complement what would later be known as the Lateran Obelisk. The obelisk's creators began to carve it directly out of bedrock, but cracks appeared in the granite and the project was abandoned. The bottom side of the obelisk is still attached to the bedrock.
- Aswan Botanical Garden: Ride a motorboat or felucca around the islands and visit the Botanical Garden.

Abu Simbel:
- For those who wish to book an unforgettable tour of Abu Simbel, it will be done before embarkation from Aswan or disembarkation in Aswan. The tour will include a return flight from Aswan airport to Abu Simbel airport with private escorted transfers in both destinations. A private guide will accompany you and guide you the great temples of Ramses II and his beloved Nefertari.

Cruise: Temple of Kom Ombo
Breakfast on board. Free time at leisure. Sail to Kom Ombo.

Visit the Temple of Kom Ombo:
- Constructed by the Ptolemaic Kingdom, between 180–47 BCE. Some additions to it were later made during the Roman period and the building is unique, because its double design meant that there were courts, halls, sanctuaries, and rooms duplicated for two sets of gods. The texts and reliefs in the temple refer to cultic liturgies which were like those from that time.

Cruise: Luxor
Sail to Luxor with breakfast and lunch on board and free time at leisure. Visit Karnak and Luxor temple.

Luxor Temple:
- Karnak Temple Complex: Built during the reign of Senusret I in the Middle Kingdom (around 2,000-1,700 BCE), the complex is a vast open site and includes the Karnak Open Air Museum.
- Luxor Temple: Visit Luxor Temple by night! It is located along the east bank and is a great temple complex in modern Luxor dedicated to Amun, constructed in the 14th century BCE.

Hurghada
Disembark after breakfast and an escorted transfer will take you to your hotel in Hurghada.

After breakfast, take a private transfer to the Cairo airport and board your flight home.
