Or, hit the pub and chat with the locals over a pint - or a whisky!

Edinburgh - Glasgow (approx. 83 km)
Make your way to the train station, hop on board the train for Glasgow, then make your way to your hotel and spend the rest of the day getting to know the city.

Glasgow: Sightseeing
Enjoy two days to explore the city. On one of the days, use your 24-hour Hop-On Hop‐Off pass. Glasgow - Belfast (approx. 213 km)
After breakfast, make your way to the train station to board the train to Stranraer. This scenic rail journey takes you south along the west coast, with views over the sea to Ailsa Craig and the Isle of Arran. Upon arrival in Stranraer, make your way to Cairnryan to board your ferry to Belfast, then take a private transfer to your hotel and check in.

If you like, take in some of Dublin's storied history with an optional visit to the Kilmainham Gaol ($), a former prison, built in 1796. Or visit St. Stephen's Green, a popular park in the city, and check out the James Joyce statue.
