Your stop at Fromagerie au Pied-de-Vent, will make you discover a craft factory of Canadian cow's milk cheese. Several local products are available as well as cooked products made from cheese.
During your visit to Havre-Aux-Maisons' Fumoir d'Atan, you will have the chance to visit the smoker, the only surviving fishing building of the last century. Come and immerse yourself in history. The vintage photos, the artifacts and the shop will make you relive a not so distant time. The guided tour includes a tasting of products.
The Barbocheux is an old word of the islands that comes from "Barbocher" which meant to go have a drink from house to house (go "barbocher"). Made according to an original recipe with top quality ingredients, the island bagosse will charm you.
