Right on the Atlantic, Halifax has had a long history with the sea. Boisterous, fun loving, creative and inspiring, there isn't much you can't do here. Your package includes a one-hour Harbour Hopper Tour, a fully narrated tour on board an amphibious vehicle. Learn some history and some fun facts as you visit the harbour, St. Paul's Church, Citadel Hill and the Public Gardens. Then take to the water for some old salt yarns. Outside Halifax, you're in the heart of the Maritimes. Head to famous Peggy's Cove for picture-perfect villages and the iconic lighthouse. And the Bay of Fundy is not far either. Be there at the right time and you can watch the world's highest tides come rushing in. And of course, you have to try a Halifax lobster roll. It's a delicious tradition.
