Day 2

Your package includes a three-hour guided bus tour of Montreal. It's a great way to get to know the city and learn how the city grew from the Old Port 375 years ago up St. Laurent and St. Denis Boulevards. The Latin Quarter is full of great restaurants, bars and live music. Saint Catherine Street has great shopping, and the lookout on the top of Mount Royal is always a good choice. The walk up the mountain is part of the fun. Be sure to check out the Biodome, an interactive animal experience and the famous inclined tower of the Olympic Stadium. The elevator ride up is almost as exhilarating as the view from the top.

Day 3

Montreal - Quebec City

Board your Via Rail train for a fascinating and relaxing journey along the Saint Lawrence (average travel time: 3 h 17 min). Complimentary Wi-Fi available on board and power outlets at your seat.

Day 4

Quebec City

Founded in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain, Quebec City is one of the oldest cities in North America. Wander the narrow streets of Old Quebec and reconnect with the past. Tour the Plains of Abraham for an experience of one of the definitive battles in the early days of Canadian history. A horse-drawn carriage ride is a unique way to tour all this vivid and tangible history.

Outside of the city, be sure to visit beautiful Orleans Island, the Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré and Montmorency Falls. Just 12 km from Old Quebec, these falls are 84 metres high and a suspension bridge has been hung across them giving you an unexpected experience and a great view.
