ITINERARY

Day 1

Fly to Montreal

Arrival in Montreal and transfer to the hotel. Montreal is without a doubt an exhilarating, vibrant and audacious metropolis full of cultural highlights and places worth stopping by. The festival scene is very busy, especially in summer. Both verdant and dynamic, Montreal has a lot to offer and is very diverse. The city's multicultural neighbourhoods, markets, food, colourful murals and green spaces make it a crowd-pleaser dazzling with a myriad of activities.

Days 2 to 7

Discover Quebec

Pick up your RV and start discovering La Belle Province!

Starting from Montreal, take your pick of numerous adventures near you and hit the road in your RV. From its numerous national parks brimming with outdoor adventures to its local producers who'll warmly welcome you and let you sample each region's produces, along with its fascinating fauna including bears, beavers and thousands of types of birds throughout the province, Quebec is full of surprises! Amazing experiences lie around every corner, whether it’s about culture, sports, food or wonderful people.

Take your pick from:

Heading southeast towards the Eastern Township for pastoral vistas befitting this region rich in wines and food. Stop by Sutton for a hike or Magog for a leisurely stroll by the lake and in its lovely village.

Going northeast on Highway 117 to discover the Laurentides. Largest protected territory in Quebec, the region's many lakes, rivers and mountains are home to abundant wildlife and lush vegetation. Practice varied activities as you follow one of the many maintained trails for a lovely outdoors getaway far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Driving between Quebec City and Montreal towards the regions of Mauricie and Lanaudière. There you'll find majestic panoramas comprised of lakes and rivers, mountains and forests. It's the perfect environment to relax and fully enjoy the great outdoors and its activities.

Setting your sights East on Quebec City. Both city and work of art, it is the only fortified city in North America. Discover the history of this bastion of French culture, snap a picture of the famous Château Frontenac, stroll through varied neighbourhoods, admire the architecture and look down at the St. Lawrence River from the Dufferin Terrace to bring home memorable moments. The Old Quebec District, a UNESCO World heritage Site, is located between upper town Cap Diamant and the lower town next to the St. Lawrence River. Magical, iconic, historical, cultural, romantic... while many words can be used to describe what awaits you in Quebec City, it is without a doubt a unique location worth visiting.

Stopping by Jacques-Cartier National Park, merely 30 minutes away from Quebec City. Get in tune with nature amidst one of the most beautiful glacial valleys in Quebec: the Jacques-Cartier Valley. The 550 metres entrenchment is home to a sometimes wild, sometimes peaceful river and an abundance of deciduous trees while the high plateaus are brimming with coniferous forests. Enjoy a myriad of activities and discoveries. Choose between rabascaw, canoe, kayak, hiking, mycology sessions, fishing, biking, wildlife watching and paddle surfing. You'll no doubt find something to tickle your fancy.

Following the St. Lawrence River towards Tadoussac, the must-see destination for a cruise and whale-watching. Whether on a boat, in a kayak or on the shore, seeing these sea mammals is always breathtaking. The most emotional moment of your trip—guaranteed!

Leaving Tadoussac on Highway 172 towards the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean to discover the delights surrounding a spectacular fjord and the lake as vast as an inland sea that gave this fabulous and fascinating area its name. Explore the region's vast and plentiful expanses of fresh water and meet its riverside communities. Be ready for a warm welcome! Whatever the season, the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean will be teeming with cultural activities and touristic adventures for you to enjoy.
