Privada Stays exclusively welcomes guests aged 18 and above. All guests must present valid identification at check-in to verify age.
The Privada Stays App is highly recommended for all booked guests to complete their online check-in (identity verification and credit card check), and to access the room using the Mobile Key feature.
Privada Stays is a non-smoking facility. Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel property, except for in one specific designated outdoor area. A US$250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke or leave smoke odors (including from vaping) in non-designated areas, such as the room or hallways
Housekeeping is provided free of charge after every 5th night, for stays 5 nights or longer. Pool checks are conducted every 3rd night, or upon request. Towels may be requested free of charge through the Privada Stays app.
Guests booked at Privada Stays will now check-in at The Lodge, the poolside bar. The Lodge is open daily from 8AM-8PM. Arriving after 8PM? Let the hotel know. The Manager on Duty will welcome you.
Please note: Only mandatory private small vehicle transfers are permitted at this hotel. If you are booking a transfer-inclusive package, your transfer will be arranged as a private transfer
