Valid on new bookings of vacation packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America that include participating hotel chains. Offer valid as of November 8, 2021. Offer: Book a group of up to 30 passengers (15 rooms) and make penalty-free changes or cancel your trip with a full refund up to 22 days prior to departure, or 60 days prior to departure for a group of 31 to 60 passengers. Changes in group size (addition or removal of passengers) may affect the number of days prior to departure when you can change or cancel your trip. If the number of passengers remains below 30 passengers, the 22 day policy will apply (for example, if the group increases from 15 to 20 passengers or if the group is reduced from 25 passengers to 15). If the group size is increased over 30 passengers or if the group size was above 30 passengers and is reduced in any way (even if the total number of passengers is reduced below 30), the 60-day cancellation will apply. Not applicable to groups of more than 60 passengers. Any additional passengers above 60 will not be eligible for the Group Care. Refund will be applied in the original form of payment. Passengers cannot book another package for the same travel dates and must wait at least 15 days after cancellation to book the same destination or hotel. Not valid on contracted or incentive groups. Valid on vacation packages only. Must be purchased at time of booking. Names of all passengers to be provided 60 days prior to departure. Group Care must be purchased for all passengers in the group at the time of booking, up to a maximum group size of 60 passengers.

Group Care is non-refundable. Travel must take place before December 15, 2023. Travel cannot take place between April 6 to April 17, 2022, December 16, 2022 and January 5, 2023 and April 1 to April 9, 2023.

Valid on new bookings of wedding group packages of a minimum of 20 passengers to Cancún, Cozumel, Huatulco, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Ixtapa, Punta Cana, Puerto Plata, Montego Bay, Varadero, Havana, Cayo Coco, Holguín, Cayo Santa María, Curaçao, Saint Lucia, Grenada, San José and Liberia. Applicable at participating resorts at the following hotel chains: AMResorts, Blue Diamond Resorts (excluding Cuba), Hilton All-Inclusive Resorts, Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, Ocean by H10 Hotels, Meliá Hotels International Cuba and Majestic Resorts.
