2Flights will be rebooked depending on the next available flight aboard Air Canada® or Air Canada Rouge®, subject to availability/capacity. Not applicable to force majeure situations or for other reasons beyond the control of the air carrier. Hotel accommodations and any related land expenses associated with the delay are the sole responsibility of the customer. However, insofar as it is applicable, Air Canada and Air Canada Rouge will fulfill all their obligations under the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. Does not replace travel insurance. May be discontinued or changed at any time without notice. Other conditions may apply at the time of booking.
3To the extent permitted by the cruise line. Cruise lines cannot guarantee late embarkation on the cruise at all ports of call. Whether late embarkation will be permitted is dependent on the country of the port of call and applicable embarkation rules. It is at the cruise lines’ sole discretion if a delayed passenger will be allowed to board the cruise after initial departure. No refund will be given for missed days of cruise.
4At the time of booking, if you find a lower price for your flight with Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge than the one provided, Air Canada Vacations will pay the total cost of the applicable airfare, including applicable taxes, fees, and service charges. Lower airfare must be identical to Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge flights (same travel dates and times, class of service, cabin, etc.) be on a published fare and not combined with any other special discount or corporate rate offer. Must be available for purchase at the time of booking, be refundable, and include one free checked bag to qualify. All claims/proof must be submitted at time of booking. Applies to all passengers on file for the same booking. Can be applied only once. Excludes groups.
