At time of check in, the front desk will pre-authorize the clients credit card for US $150 per night, based on their length of stay. ( e.g. for a 4 night reservation, the front office will pre-authorize US $600 to the clients credit card).

Please be advised that New Year’s Eve dinner and party with live entertainment and fireworks is included for bookings made as of March 1, 2026, for stays over December 31, 2026.

Palm Terrace will remain closed until 24 August and will reopen for service on 25 August.
From 25 August, Taboras will temporarily close to facilitate essential roof maintenance. During this period, the hotel will also be carrying out planned electrical works affecting the North Building, which will also be temporarily closed.
Taboras and the North Building are scheduled to reopen on 20 September, 2026.
Following the completion of these works, Palm Terrace will close once again due to seasonal low occupancy and will reopen ahead of the festive season.

These maintenance works have been carefully scheduled to minimise disruption while ensuring we continue to enhance and maintain our facilities.

Please note: Beginning in 2027, during the summer season (17 May to 31 October, 2027 ), Fairmont Royal Pavilion will temporarily close one of its food and beverage outlets. the other two restaurants, together with our In-Room Dining service, will remain available throughout this period to ensure guests continue to enjoy a variety of dining experiences.
