Daily Theme Park Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours
- Guests staying at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin enjoy 30- minute early access to all Disney theme parks every day as well as stay 2 hours after regular closure hours at select Disney theme parks on select days as well!
- A Park reservation and valid ticket or pass for the same Park on the same date and valid Resort ID are required.

- Call certificates or exchange certificates must be exchanged for the applicable ticket at any Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket window or a Disney Springs Guest Relations window
- Each adult guest will be required to show proof of Canadian residency as specified below at the time of exchange. Any of the following shall constitute proof of Canadian residency: (i) a valid Canadian passport, (ii) a valid Canadian driver’s license, or (iii) a valid Canadian Provincial identification card. If the guest does not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each ticket purchased for an adult the guest must provide one of the following dated within the last 2 months evidencing a Canadian residential address (not a PO Box), together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver’s license, any other government –issued identification card) : monthly mortgage statement; Provincial Vehicle Registration or Title; homeowner’s insurance policy or bill; automobile insurance policy or bill; utility bill; mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statement; or mail from a Federal, Provincial, or City government agency. A print of an electronic bill of the type described above is acceptable. Photocopies and fax copies of bills are not acceptable.

The initial phase of the Walt Disney World Swan Guest Room redesign is completed with approximately 315 Swan guest rooms being redesigned and updated during this phase.The final phase for the Swan Guest Room redesign will commence the week of April 8, 2024 and will be completed by end of year 2024. Work will take place daily between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., when the majority of our guests are out of their rooms, each section of rooms being worked on will be placed out of order. Additionally, the guest rooms on the floor directly below where the work is being done will also be placed out of order to minimize noise impact.
