Daily Theme Park Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours

• Guests staying at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin enjoy 30- minute early access to all Disney theme parks every day as well as stay 2 hours after regular closure hours at select Disney theme parks on select days as well!
• A Park reservation and valid ticket or pass for the same Park on the same date and valid Resort ID are required. 
• Applicable theme park, days and times of operation, attraction and service availability may vary and are subject to change without notice. Subject to capacity and cancellation.

Convenient Location/Complimentary Transportation

• In addition to the water taxi transportation to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, regularly scheduled Walt Disney World motor coach transportation provides quick access throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort, including the Magic Kingdom Park, Downtown Disney, BLIZZARD BEACH, TYPHOON LAGOON and all other Walt Disney World Theme Parks and attractions. These services are available to Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin guests at no charge.

Parking

• Disney Theme Parks complimentary parking with Swan or Dolphin room key.

Dining with Disney Characters

• On specific days, in certain restaurants at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, as well as other Walt Disney World Resort hotels, dining with the Disney characters is available for breakfast or dinner. Please check with the Concierge for the character schedule - Current appearances at Garden Grove - Currently suspended – will advise when returning

Preferred Access to Walt Disney World Resort Golf Courses

• Groups can book tee times in advance at the five nearby championship Walt Disney World Resort golf courses on a space-available basis. Individual guests can arrange for tee times through the Disney Guest Services desk located in the lobby of either hotel.

Disney Restaurants

• Priority seating can be made through the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin for selected table service restaurants and dinner shows within the Walt Disney World Resort, on a space-available basis.

Daily resort fee of US$40.00 plus tax per day paid locally.

Effective April 1, 2024, the Resort Fee will increase to $45.00 USD plus tax per day paid locally.

The resort fee includes:

• Complimentary in-room high speed internet access
• $30.00 off of Spa Services after individual or combined spend exceeding $230. (Excludes Hair & Nail services) at The Mandara Spa
• Live instructor lead fitness classes
• Complimentary Swan Paddleboat rentals
• Nightly Movies and S’Mores on the Beach

Terms and Conditions

• Call certificates or exchange certificates must be exchanged for the applicable ticket at any Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket window or a Disney Springs Guest Relations window
• Each adult guest will be required to show proof of Canadian residency as specified below at the time of exchange. Any of the following shall constitute proof of Canadian residency: (i) a valid Canadian passport, (ii) a valid Canadian driver’s license, or (iii) a valid Canadian Provincial identification card.  If the guest does not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each ticket purchased for an adult the guest must provide one of the following dated within the last 2 months evidencing a Canadian residential address (not a PO Box), together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver’s license, any other government –issued identification card) : monthly mortgage statement; Provincial Vehicle Registration or Title; homeowner’s insurance policy or bill; automobile insurance policy or bill; utility bill; mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statement; or mail from a Federal, Provincial, or City government agency.  A print of an electronic bill of the type described above is acceptable.  Photocopies and fax copies of bills are not acceptable.
• The persons who will use the Special Offer Canada Resident Tickets must be present at the time of ticket pick up
• Discounted Canada Resident Offer tickets are valid for 5+ Day Walt Disney World Base, Park Hopper, Water Park and Sports Option or Park Hopper Plus Tickets
• Date-based tickets expire depending on the length of ticket purchased

Rollaway Beds available at a charge of $35.00 plus tax per day, in Dolphin room category only, paid locally

The initial phase of the Walt Disney World Swan Guest Room redesign is completed with approximately 315 Swan guest rooms being redesigned and updated during this phase.The final phase for the Swan Guest Room redesign will commence the week of April 8, 2024 and will be completed by end of year 2024.  Work will take place daily between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., when the majority of our guests are out of their rooms, each section of rooms being worked on will be placed out of order. Additionally, the guest rooms on the floor directly below where the work is being done will also be placed out of order to minimize noise impact.
