Important Notes
Resort Fee: There is a local resort fee of US$24 per room, per night, that is to be paid locally and will be charged either at check in or check out on property.
Tourism Levy: There is a Tourism Guest Levy that is required to be paid locally. The Tourism Levy will range from US $3 - US$5 (depending on accommodation rate level booked) per person, per night for all guests ages 6 years and up. This fee will be collected upon check in or check-out directly by the hotel.
Credit card required at check-in: All guests are required to provide a credit card and valid government issued identification upon checking in at the hotel. A US $350 pre-authorization will be processed to the guest’s credit card to cover any incidentals.
American Express credit cards will not be accepted to pay local charges and incidentals at the resort. Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted.
Food Allergies & Ingredients
The kitchens, bars, and food outlets at the resort use wholesome ingredients, which may include peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, nut-based oils, eggs, shellfish, shrimp and shrimp paste, seafood and seafood pastes, soy, milk, wheat and other items that may be potential allergens.
Due to the all-inclusive nature of of the resort, it cannot be guaranteed that food items will not come in contact with potential allergens, even if a particular dish does not normally include these ingredients.

In an all-inclusive setting, the hotel is unable to accommodate meals due to dietary restrictions.
The Mamora Bay Divers scuba diving operation based at St. James’s Club & Villas Antigua is no longer available. Therefore, as a result the selling scuba diving excursions will no longer be available at this resort.
