Private round trip arrival and departure transfers between Cancun Airport and hotel or Tulum Airport and hotel, are provided by La Casa de la Playa.
Guests will be met by a Grupo Xcaret representative upon arrival outside of the terminal.

Starting August 5, 2024, the Catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres will be offered as part of the All Fun Inclusive® experience.
This new tour will include the following:

- Round trip Catamaran ride from Cancun-Isla Mujeres-Cancun
- Certified crew on board of the catamaran
- Snorkelling tour on a reef

- Time at leisure at Isla Mujeres
- Option to return to Cancun by Ferry, instead of the Catamaran, if guests wish to spend more time in Isla Mujeres.
