Resort is NOT located directly on the beach. A private Beach Club on Playa Delfines, is just a 10-minute complimentary shuttle ride away and features an ocean view pool, beachside snack bar and restaurant.
Please note that Environmental Sanitation Fees are payable in local currency directly to the hotels. As these fees fluctuate by hotel, you may contact your respective hotel for more information on the applicable fees.

Complimentary access to watersports is available nearby at Aquaworld Cancun, located just 2.5 miles from the resort. Round-trip transportation services via Amstar are provided with pick-up times at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Beginning Friday, November 15, 2024, access to the rooftop pool and Cobalt swim-up bar will be designated for Vantage Club guests only. Additionally, Vantage Club guests will have exclusive access to breakfast and lunch at Oishii, the rooftop restaurant, as well as personalized concierge service on the rooftop and premium liquor options in the Cobalt swim-up bar.
Guests with reservations made prior to November 15 but arriving after this date will still have access to the rooftop pool but will not have access to Oishii for breakfast or lunch. The Cobalt swim-up bar will be available with international and domestic liquors for regular guests.
Please note that the rooftop gym facilities as well as dinner at Oishii restaurant will remain available for all guests following this change.
