- Steakhouse restaurant (El Rancho) - breakfast and lunch service will be provided at the Brazilian restaurant and the dinner steakhouse menu will be offered at the Mediterranean restaurant. *After the renovations are complete the restaurant will be renamed to Pueblito Lindo and offer Mexican cuisine.
- French restaurant (Le Relais Gourmand) and Japanese restaurant (Ikebana) - these 2 restaurants will merge into 1 restaurant.
- The french menu will be offered at the Mediterranean restaurant and the Japanese menu will be offered at the Peruvian restaurant. *After the renovations are complete the restaurant will be renamed to Panasiatico Oishi and offer Asian/Teppanyaki cuisine.
- Sports Bar will transition into a Coffee Shop.
- Riviera Maya lobby bar - the Mayan Beach lobby bar will be open.
- Riviera Maya swimming pool & pool bar - guests will continue to have access to the Mayan Beach swimming pool, relaxing pool and lazy river.
- Theatre - shows will take place at the Sky bar.
SECOND phase (August 26, 2024 - December 15, 2024)
- Mayan Beach lobby - the Riviera Maya lobby will be open.
- Mayan Beach buffet - the Riviera Maya buffet will be open.
- Coffee Shop Sweet & Salt - guests will have access to coffee in the Riviera Maya lobby as well as the Coffee shop on the Riviera Maya side.
- Mexican restaurant (El Patio) - the Mexican menu will be offered at the Pueblito Lindo, *After the renovations are complete the restaurant will be renamed to Fine Dining Carnal.
- Brazilian restaurant (La Gira Rodizio) - breakfast and lunch service will be provided at the Mexican restaurant (Pueblito Lindo) and the dinner Brazilian menu will be offered at the Mediterranean restaurant. *After the renovations are complete the restaurant will be renamed to Butchers (steakhouse).
- Mayan Beach lobby bar - the Riviera Maya lobby bar will be open.
- Mayan Beach swimming pool & pool bar - guests will continue to have access to the Riviera Maya swimming pool, relaxing pool and lazy river.
