Commencing April 8th, 2024, the lake surrounding the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa will be undergoing refurbishment work. This refurbishment work will be split into two phases:
- Phase 1 - April 8th, 2024 to September 1st, 2024
- Phase 2 - September 1st, 2024 to January 31st, 2025
During this time, guests will be allocated away from the refurbishment work, with minimal to no interruption or disturbance during their stay. As the property continues to operate, all services and facilities will remain open for guests to enjoy including the following exchange privileges:
Guests staying at the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa can take advantage of the exchange privileges at sister resorts: Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa, and Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa. Transportation is included.
Guests staying at Grand Palladium White Sand will receive unlimited access to all services and facilities at sister resorts: Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa, and Grand Paladium Kantenah Resort & Spa. Transporation is included.
The Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa will undergoe replacement of the main pool coating with granite. As a result, the pool will be closed from August 17 to December 15, 2024. During this time, guests continue to have access to the pool & water park located at Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa.
In addition, the restaurant "La Laguna" (self-service dining just steps from the pool) will be closed to replace the ceiling with synthetic palm. From August 17 to November 15, 2024 the restaurants "El Dorado" (steakhouse) and "La Adelita" (Mexican) will be temporarily closed for refurbishment works. The theater of the resort will also undergo maintenance and will reopen on December 06, 2024.
