Access to the beach club at Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm has been temporarily closed. The resort will be offering access to a beach area as follows:
- Concessioned Beach Area: located a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There is a public access corridor to the beach area with staff ready to assist. Transportation will also be provided by the hotel every 20 minutes.
- Open daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and will provide the following services: Use of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas; Beach towel services (towel card required to guests); Beverage service as part of the all inclusive plan (water, soft drinks and beer); Cold snacks as part of the all inclusive plan; Waiter service and security personnel
- Day Pass, in all inclusive, at Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moment from 9:00 am to 05:00 pm. One day pass per every 3 nights, reservations required. Shuttle transportation will be available in scheduled hours.
