Witness Mayan representative ceremonies, visit a Mayan herb garden, plant indigenous plant species and participate in natural treatments and ancient rituals at the spa.

Check-in Policy: At least one adult of 18 years of age or older must be present in each room upon check-in.
Student groups or spring breakers restricitons: The hotel does not allow groups of students nor spring breakers. Youth up to 20 years old are only admitted when accompanied by an adult sharing the same room

Sandos Caracol is proud to announce the start of a sweeping refurbishment of several rooms and suites. This ambitious enhancement, scheduled to start on June 05/23, will cover all accommodations located on the farthest northwest part of the extensive resort and will bring the room and suite product more in line with the rest of the existing accommodations and the vision of the forward-thinking brand.
The project, slated for completion in October 2023, will be executed in phases and is carefully planned to make sure that the impact on the guest experience is minimal to none and with no disruption to any of the services, features amenities and public areas offered by the resort, which are mostly located within other areas of the expansive premises and awe-inspiring natural surroundings.
