Exclusive Bonus Features
Effective for new reservations made as of October 1, 2020 a newly implemented resort fee of US$24 per room, per night applies to all reservations. Resort fee is to be paid locally and will be charged either at check in or check out.
Please note that effective for travel from October 01, 2021 onwards, the hotel will be collecting a new Tourism Guest Levy. This Levy will will range from US $3 - US$5 per person, per night for all guests ages 6 years and up. The rate will depend on the accommodation level of the hotel booked, and will be collected upon check -in or check-out locally. The fee will affect ALL existing reservations regardless of when they were booked (including any passengers traveling over these dates).
Roll-away beds- Additional Rollaway beds are also available. One rollaway is available per room at an additional $20 (USD) per night; charge subject to change without notice and maybe subject to local taxes. All requests for rollaway beds should appear on rooming lists and are not guaranteed. The rollaway fee is to be paid locally on property. Roll-away beds are not allowed in Waterfront or Superior Waterfront Rooms
Restaurant Surcharge: A fee of $40 US per person (adults & children) applies when dining at Nicole's Bistro. Price subject to change without notice.
Deposit & ID at check in: Guests checking in at any Elite Island Resort must present valid government issued identification, and a valid major credit card at check-in. A $350 USD pre-authorization will be processed to the guest’s credit card to cover any incidentals.
Important Note: American Express is not accepted for Local Payments at Elite Island Resorts Hotels. Due to ongoing issues with American Express credit card processing please advise your clients that, until further notice, American Express cards cannot be used to pay local charges and incidentals.
Food Allergies & Ingredients
The kitchens, bars, and food outlets at the resort use wholesome ingredients, which may include peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, nut-based oils, eggs, shellfish, shrimp and shrimp paste, seafood and seafood pastes, soy, milk, wheat and other items that may be potential allergens.
Due to the all-inclusive nature of our resort, and the large scale of our food and beverage operations, we cannot guarantee that food items will not come in contact with potential allergens even if a particular dish does not normally include these ingredients.
Special Diets / Dietary Restrictions
In an all-inclusive setting, the hotel is unable to accommodate meals due to dietary restrictions. The hotel will remain to offer a offer a wide variety of meal choices, which includes salads, fresh fruits and vegetables, and vegetarian options.
UPDATE March 31, 2022: Elite Island Resorts is pleased to announce the resumption of the resort Kids’ Club.
• Kids’ Club is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon; and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• No babysitting or evening services available at this time.
Effective immediately, the Mamora Bay Divers scuba diving operation based at St. James’s Club & Villas Antigua has been indefinitely suspended.
This means the selling scuba diving excursions will no longer be available at St. James’s Club, or any of our affiliated resorts in Antigua including Pineapple Beach Club Antigua, The Verandah Resort & Spa, Hammock Cove Antigua, and Galley Bay Resort & Spa.
