- Spalling repair: Repairing exterior concrete deterioration and repainting of the entire building. There may be noise during work hours.
- Lanai: Some guest room lanais may have limited access during work hours. If a lanai needs to be closed completely, the hotel will do their best to keep these rooms vacant. Work hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Rooftop Pool: The rooftop pool will be closed from December 16, 2024, to February 21, 2025. During the closure, guests will have access to the Bamboo Waikiki Hotel outdoor pool, located next door to Pacific Monarch.
- Rooftop Amenities including Jacuzzi, Barbeque Grill, Cornhole Game, and Outdoor Dining Area:These amenities will remain available until January 6, 2025. After this date, all rooftop amenities will be closed until February 22, 2025
