Please note that this hotel is located on a rocky shoreline and is not recommended for swimming in the sea.

Due to Hawaii state law, the hotel is 100% non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the resort at least 20 feet away from all entrances and doorways. A cleaning fee will be charged to all guests who violate this policy,

A daily resort fee of  $25.00 USD plus tax, per room, per night will be paid locally

Please be advised beginning November 16, 2026, exterior work will begin on the Alii Tower and continue throughout 2027.  To minimize guest disruption, guestrooms directly affected by the work, will be taken out of order.  Guests will be accommodated exclusively in the Bay Tower or Lagoon Tower, where no exterior work is taking place. 

Guests may see scaffolding, repair work, and painting on the Alii Tower during their stay. Project work will be limited to 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. While every effort will be made to minimize noise and disruption, guests may hear construction activity during these hours.
