Upon guest arrival, guest will be met by a Resort Guest Service Ambassador (“GSA”). The GSA will be responsible for ensuring that a proper credit card authorization has been taken and the necessary check-in forms are filled out. The forms that accompany the credit card authorization will contain guest acknowledgement that any damage that occurs from guest while on site will be charged to guest card on file.
The Resort will take inventory of all items in the home and take note of the prior status of home before guest arrival. Any items that are stolen or damaged will be charged to the card on file.
The Contracting Guest must be present with a valid government issued photo ID and matching credit card upon check-in. The credit card provided will be pre-authorized for $500 to cover any incidental charges.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOMES. If any guest is smoking in the unit there will be a smoking fee charged to the credit card on file for $500. If any guest has an unauthorized pet on site, there will be a charge of $500 per pet per day.
Daily Refresh Service (Trash & Towels) or Full Clean Service is available at an additional charge and require 24-hour notice.
