Please be advised that the following maintenance works are currently taking place at Grand Decameron Complex:
Lobby Tropical & Tropicalito – Palapa Roof Replacement
Maintenance work is being carried out to replace the dried palm roofing (palapa). The project is expected to last approximately two weeks, with operations resuming on March 24, 2026. During this time, Reception, Currency Exchange, and Tour Operator Counters have been temporarily relocated to the Flamingos area.
Piccolo Restaurant – Roof and Internal Ceiling Repairs
Preventative maintenance on the roofing and internal ceilings is being conducted to ensure structural integrity ahead of the rainy season. The work will last approximately two weeks, with the restaurant scheduled to reopen on March 24, 2026. During this period, the Piccolo menu will remain available and will be served at another operational dining venue within the resort.
Flamingos Restaurant – Intermediate Palapa Palm Replacement
Maintenance work is also taking place at Flamingos Restaurant. Service is expected to resume on March 20/26. During this time, dining services will continue to be available at the Royal Restaurant Buffet, a la carte dinning, Tropical Buffet Restaurant, and Rodizzio specialty restaurant.
All other hotel services and facilities remain available.
