EARN EXTRA AEROPLAN POINTS WITH AIR CANADA VACATIONS

Offer Number 1: For booking made as of June 17, 2024
These following Terms and Conditions only apply to select bookings made as of June 17, 2024 12:00 am EST. Bookings made under Offer Number 2, will earn Aeroplan points under the terms and conditions of Offer Number 2. For Offer Number 1, an Aeroplan Member in good standing in accordance with the Aeroplan program general terms and conditions can earn Aeroplan points on Select Air Canada Vacations Packages (as defined below) booked with Air Canada.
“Select Air Canada Vacations Packages” refers to select vacation packages, flight & hotel packages and tour packages, sold by Air Canada Vacations, booked through the vacations.aircanada.com website, the Air Canada Vacations call centre, or any travel agent and that are identified at the time of booking by Air Canada Vacations as earning extra points with a minimum night stay requirement. The list of Select Air Canada Vacations Packages is subject to change based on booking date and availability. The General Terms and Conditions applicable to Offer 1 and Offer 2 (represented further below) apply.
Offer Number 2: For bookings made from October 2, 2023 to June 16, 2024
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) only apply to select bookings made between October 2, 2023 12:00 am EST and June 16, 2024 23:59 pm EST, for departures by September 30, 2024 at 23:59 pm EST. Bookings made prior to October 2, 2023, 12:00 am EST, will earn Aeroplan points for the flight portion only in accordance to the terms provided in the Terms and Conditions for accumulation. Beginning October 2, 2023, an Aeroplan Member in good standing in accordance with the Aeroplan program general terms and conditions can earn Aeroplan points on Select Air Canada Vacations Packages (as defined below) booked with Air Canada.
“Select Air Canada Vacations Packages” refers to select vacation packages and select Flight & Hotel packages with a minimum 7-night stay required, sold by Air Canada Vacations, booked through the vacations.aircanada.com website, the Air Canada Vacations call centre, or any travel agent and identified as earning extra points by Air Canada Vacations at time of booking a “Select Air Canada Vacations Package”. “Select Air Canada Vacations Packages” will include select Flight & Hotel packages of at least 4 nights to Las Vegas and select tour packages to Europe sold in the same manner and identified as earning extra points by Air Canada Vacations at time of booking. The General Terms and Conditions applicable to Offer 1 and Offer 2 (represented further below) apply.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to Offer Number 1 and Offer Number 2:
The following terms and conditions apply to Offer Number 1 and Offer Number 2. For any packages under the Select Air Canada Vacations Packages, the minimum number of nights identified must be fully consumed at the same specified hotel.
Aeroplan Members ages 13 and up as of the departure date will receive extra points on select hotels of a Select Air Canada Vacations Package. Aeroplan Members ages 2 to 12 as of the departure date will receive extra points equivalent to 50% of the points granted to Aeroplan Members ages 13 and up. Children under the age of 2 as of the departure date are not eligible for Aeroplan points.
Aeroplan points applicable to a Select Air Canada Vacations Package will be as determined by Air Canada Vacations in its discretion.
To earn Aeroplan points, the account number of each Aeroplan Member on the booking must be included in the reservation, either pre-travel or upon check-in. Aeroplan numbers added post-travel will not receive extra Aeroplan points. All Aeroplan Members must complete all travel of the Select Air Canada Vacations Package for Aeroplan points to be awarded.
The cancellation of a component of a Select Air Canada Vacations Packages will result in ineligibility to earn Aeroplan points as per these Terms and Conditions.
The extra Aeroplan points, earned on a Select Air Canada Vacations Package will be awarded within 6-8 weeks after the last component of the Select Air Canada Vacations Package (flight or hotel stay) has been completed.
Air Canada Vacations reserves the right, in its discretion, to add, remove, make adjustments to, or correct any errors in, the amount of Aeroplan points issued to an Aeroplan Member, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, including, without limitation, as a result of: (a) Aeroplan points being erroneously earned or credited to the Aeroplan Member’s account; (b) cancellation or modification of a booking; or (c) issues with payment processing. Aeroplan points earned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are subject to the Aeroplan program general terms and conditions.
These Offers and their Terms and Conditions, as well as the earning of Aeroplan points with Air Canada Vacations, may be terminated or modified at any time, at Air Canada Vacations’ discretion.
