Board your flight bound for Bangkok’s International Airport.
Day 3
Welcome to Bangkok
Upon arrival at Bangkok’s International Airport, a dedicated local representative/tour guide will greet you at the airport with an Air Canada Vacations sign and will escort you to the meeting point where you will join Bangkok’s city tour, lunch included.
After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel, where you can enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure or choose to join an optional activity available at an additional cost.

Bangkok city tour
You’ll begin this tour with a visit to Wat Phu Khao Thong (the Golden Mount Temple) and enjoy the spectacular views of Bangkok from the top. The golden stupa houses a Buddhist relic and welcomes worshippers all year round.
Afterwards, you’ll head towards the tranquil Wat Po, the city's largest and oldest temple, home to the amazing colossal Reclining Buddha, which is almost 150 feet long and about 40 feet high.
You’ll end the tour with a stop at the Temple of Dawn and visit the great, colourful and towering stupa, decorated spires that stand majestically over the water.

Today is yours to explore Bangkok independently at your own pace or to take an optional full-day tour to explore the famous floating market, the Grand Palace and the Emerald Buddha.

Bangkok - Chiang Rai
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Bangkok’s airport to catch your flight to Chiang Rai, known as the gateway to the Golden Triangle.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a local representative holding an Air Canada Vacations sign and begin your journey through the scenic landscapes of northern Thailand with a captivating Chiang Rai temple tour.
Following the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in, where you can enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure.

Temple Tour
Your journey begins with a traditional lunch at an authentic Northern-style local restaurant.
Following lunch, your first stop is the renowned White Temple (Wat Rong Khun), considered one of the most beautiful temples in the world. This unique masterpiece blends traditional Buddhist influences with contemporary art, featuring striking white architecture and intricate details.
The experience continues with a visit to the captivating Blue Temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten), known for its vivid sapphire-blue exterior accented with gold. Highlights include impressive mythical serpent sculptures and an ornately designed temple hall that creates a truly mesmerizing atmosphere.

Chiang Rai

House of Opium and Mekong River cruise day tour
You’ll begin today’s adventure with a visit to the fascinating House of Opium at Golden Triangle Park, where an informative exhibition traces the history of opium spanning nearly 5,000 years. You’ll continue to a hilltop viewpoint to admire the famed Golden Triangle, the point where Thailand, Myanmar and Laos meet. Following this visit, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch before continuing your journey with a scenic Mekong River cruise along the borders of Myanmar, Laos and Thailand. As you glide along the river, you’ll observe local farmers and fishermen at work and gain insight into the region’s historical connection to the opium trade.
The day concludes with a visit to the renowned Long-Neck Karen Tribe village, followed by a stop in Mae Salong, a unique settlement still inhabited by hill tribes such as the Akha, Long Neck and Salong communities.

Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai

Chiang Mai - Phuket
After breakfast, a local representative will assist you with your transfer to Chiang Mai’s International Airport to continue to Thailand’s largest island, Phuket, situated off the west coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea. This fun island provides an unbeatable combination of perfect palm-lined beaches, superb hospitality and rich history.
Upon arrival at Phuket’s International Airport, you will be greeted by our local representative with an Air Canada Vacations sign and will be transferred to your hotel to check in. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Phuket
Spend two full days at leisure relaxing and soaking in your beautiful surroundings. Phuket offers plenty to see and do, from the Aquarium and the Butterfly and Orchid Gardens to the cultural charm of the Thai Village. You may also wish to browse local markets for souvenirs or simply enjoy the island at your own pace. For those looking to explore further, a full-day optional excursion is available at an additional cost ($).

Phuket - Singapore
After a leisurely breakfast, you can enjoy the rest of your morning at your own pace before completing check-out formalities. You will then meet a local representative in the hotel lobby who will assist with your transfer to Phuket International Airport for your flight to Singapore, known as the “Garden City.” Upon arrival, a local representative holding an Air Canada Vacations sign with your name will greet you and assist with your transfer to your hotel.
Following your arrival at the hotel, you’ll proceed with check-in and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure.

Singapore
After breakfast, you will meet your local tour guide in the hotel lobby and set off on a half-day shared city tour.

Half-day City tour
Your adventure begins with a scenic drive through Singapore’s Civic District, passing key landmarks such as the historic Padang, Singapore Cricket Club, Parliament House and the National Gallery Singapore, housed in the former Supreme Court and City Hall buildings. You’ll continue to Merlion Park for panoramic views of Marina Bay and a photo stop with the iconic Merlion. The journey then takes you to the historic Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of the oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples in the city, followed by a drive through the vibrant streets of Chinatown. The tour concludes at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you will explore the National Orchid Garden (admission included), home to over 60,000 orchid plants.
