Itinerary
Day 1
Depart Canada
Overnight flight to El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá, Colombia.
Day 2
Welcome to Bogotá
Upon arrival at El Dorado International Airport, you will be required to clear customs and immigration. Once cleared, a local representative will greet you with an Air Canada Vacations sign and will escort you to your private transfer to take you to your hotel for an early check-in. The rest of the morning is free for you to enjoy at leisure.
For lunch, enjoy a delicious gourmet four-course meal paired with wine or natural juice, served in a private space at the local plaza. Your private transfer will take you to the restaurant and back to your hotel, followed by an afternoon of leisure.
Dinner will be hosted at your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure!

Day 3
Bogotá
After breakfast, your tour guide will take you on an all-day adventure! First stop, a *3.5-hour La Candelaria guided walking tour where you’ll see the best sights in Bogotá’s historic centre. Visit Plaza de Bolívar, Chorro de Quevedo, Botero Museum, and more.

In the afternoon, after lunch at a local restaurant (included), your tour guide will take you on a *4-hour visit to two iconic landmarks: the Gold Museum Experience for kids and the aMano private art studio tour focused on hand-made crafts.

Upon completion of the city tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel for dinner. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure!

Day 4
Bogotá
After breakfast, your private transfer will pick you up in the morning to take you on an exciting *8-hour guided adventure to the Chicaque Natural Park, located **45-minutes outside of Bogotá. Hike through the forest and explore the nature and wildlife of the Andes.

Afterwards, you will be transferred back to your hotel for dinner.

Chicaque Natural Park
With diverse trails that pass through crystalline water streams, vegetation, and impressive lookouts, this nature park hosts different types of activities. It has nine well ecological trails, canopies, horseback riding, and birdwatching for an additional cost (payable onsite). It’s wildlife includes many birds, 15 species of hummingbirds and about 20 species of mammals.
Once the hike is completed, you’ll be taken back to your hotel for dinner.

Bogotá
After breakfast, your private transfer will take you on a *3-hour guided tour of the Paloquemao fruit market!

Paloquemao Fruit Market
Delight yourself with the flavours of exotic fruits, flowers, and herbs at Paloquemao. Walk through stalls of flowers, plants, and handicrafts to learn about the medicinal, gastronomic, and esoteric uses of herbs and condiments. After the walk, a taste experience awaits, where you can try more than 20 exotic fruits from different parts of the country. After you've had your fill, you’ll learn about the importance of cleaning, drying, and storing the fruit seeds, as well as tips for eating healthier, organic produce.

Bogotá - Cartagena de Indias
After breakfast and check-out, your private transfer will take you to El Dorado International Airport so you can catch your flight to the Cartagena de Indias! Upon arrival, a local representative will greet you with an Air Canada Vacations sign and escort you to your private transfer that will take you to your hotel for check-in.
In the afternoon, go on a *3-hour guided walking tour in Cartagena de Indias.

City Walking Tour
Get to know the beautiful walled city of Cartagena de Indias and get lost within its cobblestone streets. Discover some of its most important historical buildings like the Clock Tower (La Torre del Reloj) and the spectacular entrance to the Old City filled with beautiful old buildings and colonial balconies.
The tour then continues to the next destination, La Plaza de Bolívar. Afterwards, you will enter the Cartagena Cathedral—one of the oldest in the Americas— before continuing to the place that safeguards a stunning collection of gold and ceramic pieces from the main pre-Columbian communities at the Gold Museum.

Discover Cartagena de Indias at your own pace today! Embrace its cobblestone streets, its vibrant plaza and delight in the savoury aromas wafting from street food stalls while sipping on refreshing natural juices under the shade of a palm tree. You may also lose yourself in the captivating melodies of local musicians. With no agenda but your own, let Cartagena de Indias weave its spell on you.

Cartagena de Indias - Islas del Rosario
After an early breakfast and check-out, your private transfer will take you to the Cartagena de Indias’ pier so you can catch your boat transfer to Islas del Rosario, where the Caribbean bliss awaits! The boat will take you directly to your beach hotel, where you will check in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Islas del Rosario - Cartagena de Indias - Bogotá
You will have the day and early afternoon to enjoy Islas del Rosario! Breakfast and lunch will be served at your hotel. After checking out, your private transfer will take you to the Islas del Rosario pier so you can catch your boat ride back to Cartagena de Indias.
Upon arrival to Cartagena’s pier, a local representative will greet you with an Air Canada Vacations sign and escort you to Cartagena’s Rafael Núñez International Airport so you can take your flight to back to Bogotá.
Once you’ve arrived, a local representative will greet you with an Air Canada Vacations sign and escort you to your private transfer to your hotel for check-in.
