Day 1
Depart Canada
Overnight flight to El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá, Colombia.
Day 2
Welcome to Bogotá
Upon arrival at El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá, you will be required to clear customs and immigration. Once cleared, a local representative will greet you with an Air Canada Vacations sign and escort you to your private transfer to your hotel for an early check-in. Enjoy the rest of the morning at leisure.
For lunch, enjoy a delicious gourmet four-course meal paired with wine or natural juice, served in a private space at the local plaza. Your private transfer will take you to the restaurant and back to your hotel, followed by an afternoon of leisure.
In the evening, take your private transfer to the selected restaurant for dinner, where a set menu awaits. Afterward, you will be transferred back to your hotel. Spend the rest of the evening as you please!

Day 3
Bogotá - Sopó - Bogotá
After an early breakfast, your private transfer will take you on a scenic *1-hour drive to La Cabaña Alpina, located near the village of Sopó. From there, you will be transferred to the launching pad for your exhilarating tandem paragliding tour, where your first real adrenaline-fueled adventure awaits! Embark on a thrilling journey to explore the outskirts of Bogotá from a new perspective and enjoy the incredible views of the savanna and Guatavita Lake.

Afterwards, you will be transferred back to your hotel for lunch. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure!

Tandem Paragliding Tour
Experience the magnificent feeling of flying without the help of an engine. Paragliding gives you the opportunity to appreciate the beautiful landscape while you linger and navigate gently through wind currents.
When the winds allow it, you will run with an expert pilot on a tandem while softly rising in the air using thermal streams. For 20 minutes, you will enjoy a fantastic flight, with Bogotá’s savanna, Andean landscape, and Guatavita Lake in the distance.

Day 4
Bogotá - Mesetas
After an early breakfast and check-out, your private driver (Spanish-speaking service only) will take you on a *5.5-hour scenic drive to Mesetas. There, you'll embark on a 4-day, 3-night nature adventure.
Swap the hustle and bustle of Bogotá for the natural beauty of Cañon del río Güejar on this immersive tour. Your itinerary will be packed with thrilling activities, including water rafting, hiking, swimming in waterfalls and natural pools, and wildlife watching.

Upon arrival to your hotel in Mesetas, you will be greeted by the tour guide, who will go over the plan for the next 3 exciting days with you. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

After an early breakfast, a Charco Azul tour awaits! This *7-hour nature adventure takes place in one of Colombia's most pristine and beautiful natural settings. Charco Azul offers excellent tourist infrastructure amidst lush vegetation. The area features a stunning white-sand beach surrounding a picturesque waterfall, creating an oasis in the heart of nature. During your visit, you can enjoy swimming, play beach volleyball, exploring nature, and capture stunning photographs.

Cañon del Río Güejar Tour
The day begins with a warm welcome at Mesetas Meta headquarters. From here, visitors will be transferred to the boarding point, where they’ll receive a technical briefing on safety procedures and activities that will be carried out during the tour. The whitewater rafting tour begins at 10 a.m. and lasts approximately 6 hours.
Along the way, visitors can participate in various activities, such as kayaking for 17 kilometres on the Guatiquía River, where visitors can enjoy the rapids and waterfalls. Mesetas is also a birdwatching paradise, so visitors can see a wide variety of species, such as toucans, parrots, and hummingbirds. The tour includes stops at several waterfalls, where visitors can swim and take photos and a magical Fairy Valley walk, where water droplets seem to fall in slow motion.
Return to the Mesetas Meta headquarters for lunch.

Day 7
Mesetas - Bogota
After an early breakfast, the Wonders of the Güejar tour awaits! Today’s *3-hour nature adventure promises to immerse you in the spectacular natural beauty of the Colombian mountain range. The area is blessed with a natural enclosure amidst the Güejar River, where you'll encounter an abundance of natural pools, waterfalls, canyons, caves, and various bird species.
Upon completion of the tour, you will be taken back to the lodge for check-out, and your private driver (Spanish-speaking only) will be waiting for you to take you back to your hotel in Bogotá for check-in. The remainder of the day is all yours to enjoy!

Wonders of the Güejar Tour
The difficulty of the trail is low, but you should be careful with the ups and downs, especially during the rainy season, and you should always respect the trails’ signs. Tour in Comuna 13
The tour starts at the highest part of the Comuna, in the Nuevos Conquistadores neighborhood. Here, you will see Medellín’s rural outskirts and have a privileged view over Comuna 13 and the entire city. Descending by foot though the intricate streets of the area, you will learn the impressive story of how hip-hop and musical culture helped the local youth and led into a more peaceful context. You will understand the dimensions of the transformation as you hear the locals narrating the rough situations they had to face years before due to gang wars, paramilitary groups, and urban guerillas.
Then, visit Sonbata’s urban gardening project, and finish off in the bustling area of the neighbourhood with graffities and murals depicting the story of the Comuna and full of shops, galleries, and souvenir stores. There, you will see the stark contrast of the two faces of the community and get to enjoy the lively local vibe with views over the city.
