Day 1
Depart Canada
Fly to Basel.
Day 2
Welcome to Basel
Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll collect your luggage and make your own way to your hotel using local public transportation. Guests may use their hotel booking confirmation as proof of their reservation when travelling from the airport to Basel city centre. Upon check-in, the Basel Card will be provided by the hotel, offering access to local transportation and other benefits during your stay.
Day 3
Basel - Interlaken
Travel by rail to Interlaken at the heart of the Bernese Oberland and enjoy an afternoon at leisure. Use your Interlaken guest card to enjoy free local public transportation and easily get around the area.

Day 4
Interlaken - Excursion to Jungfraujoch - Zermatt
Today, you’ll enjoy an excursion to Jungfraujoch, known as the “Top of Europe.” The Jungfrau Railway leads to the highest railway station in Europe, offering incredible views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau peaks and the 22 km-long Aletsch Glacier. Afterwards, you’ll travel by rail to Zermatt, the charming alpine village at the foot of the Matterhorn.

Day 5
Zermatt – Excursion to Gornergrat
Take the cogwheel railway to the summit of the Gornergrat and enjoy panoramic views of the Matterhorn and surrounding peaks.

Day 6
Zermatt - Basel
After breakfast, you’ll take the train back to Basel for the final night of your journey. From Basel, you can easily explore Switzerland, France, and Germany, all just a short journey away.
Head to the Dreiländereck (Border Triangle) monument, where the borders of Switzerland, France, and Germany meet along the Rhine River. From there, walk or take a short tram ride to the Three Countries Bridge (Dreiländerbrücke), allowing you to easily visit France and Germany. Additional transportation fees may apply.

Day 7
Basel - Return to Canada
After breakfast, make your own way to the airport with your BaselCard for your return flight home.
