This 7-night city tour of Budapest and Vienna allows you to discover two of central Europe’s most iconic cities, both rich in history and culture, but yet very unique and distinct from one another.
Begin in Budapest, in one of Europe’s most stunning and underrated cities. Budapest is the capital of Hungary, split by the Danube River into two parts: Buda, the hilly, historic side, and Pest, its flatter and more urbanized counterpart. . They're connected by several bridges, the most famous being the Chain Bridge.
Return from Vienna, with its Imperial history, rich cultural heritage and vibrant arts scene, drawing visitors to its grand Baroque architecture, palaces like Schönbrunn, and landmarks like St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Giant Ferris Wheel.

Welcome to Budapest & Hungary
Upon arrival take a private transfer to your hotel, where you will spend the next 4 nights.
Spend the remainder of your day exploring at your own pace. This week you will have plenty of time to explore this outstanding city plus venture to neighbouring areas to experience the true essence of authentic Hungary.
Budapest is known for its impressive architecture, famous thermal baths, vibrant nightlife, and delicious Hungarian cuisine. It's also recognized for landmarks like the Hungarian Parliament Building and Buda Castle, stunning views of the Danube River, and unique ruin bars.

Discover the most important sights in Budapest on a guided city tour. Visit the main attractions on both sides of the Danube, such as Central Market Hall, St. Stephen’s Basilica and Castle District. Learn about 1,000 years of Hungarian history as you see the city's most important sites. On the drive to the Buda side of the Danube, you will see all major attractions along the river Danube.

Budapest to Vienna - Sightseeing
After breakfast make your own way to the train station in Budapest and board your train to Vienna. Upon arrival in Vienna, make your own way to your hotel where you’ll spend 3
nights.

The city is also a major destination for lovers of classical music, having been the home of many famous composers.

With an experienced guide, using your 24-hour unlimited public transportation ticket (included), it will be easy to reach the city center. At the Ringstrasse you will see the Vienna State Opera, the Parliament, the grand Hofburg Palace, the acclaimed Burgtheater, the striking City Hall and more. After the "inner-city" tour, you are in for a treat: your guide will lead you through the impressive Schönbrunn Palace. This magnificent Palace is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Vienna’s most visited attraction.
