Welcome to Budapest & Hungary
Upon arrival take a private transfer to your hotel, where you will spend the next 7 nights.
Spend the remainder of your day exploring at your own pace. This week you will have plenty of time to explore this outstanding city plus venture to neighbouring areas to experience the true essence of authentic Hungary.
Budapest is known for its impressive architecture, famous thermal baths, vibrant nightlife and delicious Hungarian cuisine. It's also recognized for landmarks like the Hungarian Parliament Building and Buda Castle, stunning views of the Danube River and unique ruin bars.

Grand Budapest city tour with Parliament visit
Start at Chain Bridge, cross Margaret Bridge to Buda, and explore the Castle District, including Matthias Church and Fishermen’s Bastion. Continue to Gellért Hill for panoramic views, then cross to Pest to see Central Market Hall, the Great Synagogue, and City Park. Pass the thermal spa, zoo, and amusement park before stopping at Heroes’ Square. Travel along Andrássy Avenue past the Opera House and St. Stephen’s Basilica, then visit the Parliament building. End in the city center with insights into 1,000 years of Hungarian history.

Danube Bend full-day tour
Explore the Danube Bend with stops in Esztergom, Visegrád, and Szentendre. Visit Hungary’s largest cathedral in Esztergom, enjoy panoramic views from Visegrád’s hilltop fortress and stop for lunch ($), and wander Szentendre’s charming baroque streets, known as the Artists' Village or the Painters' Town. After the guided tour visit some museums, like the famous Margit Kovács Ceramic Museum or the Confectionery Museum with marzipan figures.
