Itinerary
Day 1
Depart Canada
Board your flight to Catania, Sicily.
Day 2
Welcome to Catania
Upon your arrival, you’ll transfer to your hotel in Catania and settle in. You can then take some time to explore this World Heritage city, shaped by a rich Baroque legacy.
Day 3
Catania: Visit Mount Etna and Taormina
After breakfast, you’ll meet your tour guide and drive to Rifugio Sapienza, stopping at panoramic viewpoints. You’ll then visit the Silvestri Craters and a lava cave with helmets and torches provided for your safety. You’ll also stop at an organic farm for local product tastings.
You’ll then continue to Taormina, pausing to admire Isola Bella from above. Later in the afternoon, you’ll explore Corso Umberto and see key sights such as Palazzo Corvaja, the Ancient Theatre, Piazza IX Aprile, the Clock Tower and the Cathedral-Fortress, with time for shopping in local boutiques.

Day 4
Catania: Visit Syracuse & Noto - Ragusa
Today, you’ll visit the Archaeological Park of Neapolis to see the Greek Theatre, Roman Amphitheatre, the Latomie of Paradise and the Ear of Dionysius. You’ll then explore Ortigia, Syracuse’s historic centre, including Piazza Duomo, the Cathedral and Arethusa’s Fountain. In the afternoon, you’ll transfer to Noto to admire its 18th-century Baroque architecture and enjoy some free time to explore the town.

Day 5
Ragusa: Visit Modica and Piazza Armerina - Agrigento
Today, you’ll explore Ragusa Ibla, known for its beautiful churches, baroque palaces and the Giardino Ibleo.
You’ll then continue to Modica for a tasting at the renowned Sabadì chocolate shop, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll visit Villa Romana del Casale in Piazza Armerina to admire its remarkable Roman mosaics.

Day 6
Agrigento - Marsala and the Salt pans - Palermo
Today, you’ll visit the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento and explore the Temples of Juno, Concord and Hercules.
You’ll then continue to Marsala to see its historic centre and enjoy an exclusive tour of the Florio Cellars with a wine tasting and light lunch. Then, visit the Salt Road to admire the Stagnone islands and ancient salt pans before transferring to Palermo.

Day 7
Palermo - Monreale - Naples
Today, you’ll depart for Monreale to visit its stunning Arab-Norman Cathedral and Cloister. You’ll then continue to Palermo to explore the Cathedral, Martorana Church and Palatine Chapel, followed by a locally prepared lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll stroll through the historic centre to see Teatro Massimo and Pretoria Square.
Later in the day, you’ll return to the hotel to collect your luggage, then transfer to the port for the overnight ferry to Naples.

Day 8
Naples - Pompeii - Naples
Today, you’ll disembark in Naples and transfer to your hotel to check in. You’ll then visit the ancient city of Pompeii with an archaeological guide to explore its remarkably preserved streets, villas, frescoes and public buildings, including highlights like the baths and the House of the Faun. The tour includes short photo stops and ends back at the hotel.

Day 9
Naples - Capri - Naples
Today, you’ll board the ferry to Capri and marvel at the breathtaking views of Italy’s most famous coastline. You’ll tour the island by minibus with a local guide, with a stop in the town of Anacapri. You’ll also enjoy the boat ride around the island for spectacular views and to admire the iconic sea. There will be some time to browse some of Capri's boutiques.

Day 10
Naples - Amalfi Coast - Naples
Today, you’ll enjoy an excursion along the stunning Amalfi Coast, following the winding road between the cobalt-blue sea and the slopes of the Lattari Mountains. The best way to experience the coast in a single day is on a guided tour with expert drivers. Along the way, you’ll have photo stops in Sorrento and Positano, and visits to the towns of Amalfi and Ravello. In Amalfi, explore the charming centre with its magnificent cathedral, elegant shops and inviting seaside restaurants.

Day 11
Naples - Return to Canada
After breakfast, take your transfer to the airport for your return flight.
