Day 1

Depart Canada

Depart on your overnight flight to South Korea.

Day 2

Welcome to South Korea

Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, a dedicated local representative will meet you at the exit, holding an Air Canada Vacations sign. They will then escort you to your shared transfer, which will take you to your airport hotel for check-in.

The rest of the day will be at your leisure.

Day 3

Incheon – Daegu

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you to the first stop of today’s itinerary, Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, a historic landmark showcasing impressive architecture and rich heritage.

From there, continue your journey to Daegu; upon arrival, visit the serene Donghwasa Temple, before heading to your hotel for check-in.

The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy at leisure.

Day 4

Daegu – Gyeongju – Busan

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you to Gyeongju, often called “the Museum without Walls,” where you will explore the city’s rich historical treasures. Begin with a visit to Royal Tumuli Park (Daereungwon Tomb Complex), followed by a visit to the Gyeongju National Museum. Next, stroll through the serene Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, once a retreat for the Silla royal family.

Afterwards, you will be transferred to your hotel in Busan to check in. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Busan

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you on an exciting Coastal Wonders of Busan tour, where breathtaking ocean views, iconic landmarks, and the city's vibrant energy come together for an unforgettable experience.

Day 6

Busan – Andong – Seoul

After breakfast, you will embark on a journey towards “the Capital of Korean Spiritual Culture”, Andong!

Upon arrival, you will visit the traditional village of Hahoe Folk Village, before continuing your journey towards the capital of South Korea, Seoul!

Upon arrival at your hotel in Seoul, proceed to check-in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 7

Seoul

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you on a city tour. Begin with a visit to the majestic Gyeongbokgung Palace, followed by a stop at a Ginseng Centre and Cosmetic Shop for some unique souvenir shopping.

Afterwards, a delicious and traditional lunch awaits at a local restaurant.

Continuing with a nice stroll by the picturesque Cheonggyecheon Stream, afterwards visit Myeongdong, one of Seoul’s main commercial districts.

Seoul

 

Today is yours to discover and experience the rhythm of Seoul at your own pace! Dive into a tapestry of modern marvels and ancient traditions as you wander through bustling markets, savor local delicacies, and uncover hidden gems around every corner. Indulge in a shopping spree at vibrant districts like Insadong, where traditional crafts meet contemporary flair. Take a serene stroll along the banks of the Han River. Whether you're seeking cultural immersion, culinary delights, or simply soaking in the city's vibrant energy, Seoul invites you to discover its myriad charms at your own pace.

Day 9

Seoul – Osaka

After breakfast, your transfer will take you to the airport for your flight to Osaka. Upon arrival, you’ll clear customs and immigration before collecting your luggage. As you exit, a local representative holding an Air Canada Vacations sign with your name will be there to greet you. They will then escort you to your transfer, which will take you to your hotel for check-in.

Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 10

Osaka – Nara – Osaka

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you to Nara, a city known for its rich history, cultural heritage, and iconic landmarks.

Your adventure begins at Todai-ji Temple, a true symbol of Japan’s past, home to the awe-inspiring Great Buddha. After taking in its grandeur, you’ll continue to Nara Park, where friendly deer roam freely, creating a charming and memorable experience.

Later, return to Osaka to explore the historic Osaka Castle, an architectural masterpiece steeped in samurai history.

Finally, you'll be dropped off at Dotonbori, a vibrant entertainment district known for its dazzling neon lights, bustling atmosphere, and mouthwatering street food. The return transfer to your hotel is included.

Day 11

Osaka

Today you will be your own tour guide! You will be able to visit other iconic places you may have missed, such as the Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine, take a stroll through Nakanoshima Park or visit the Umeda Sky Building for breathtaking view of Osaka’s skyline.

Day 12

Osaka – Kyoto – Nagoya – Hamamatsu

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you on an exciting journey towards “City of Music”, Hamamatsu!

On your way you will stop in Kyoto to visit Kinkakuji (also known as the Golden Pavilion), followed by a visit to the religious complex of Higashi Hongan-ji.

Afterwards, you will be transferred to Kyoto Station, offering a fantastic opportunity to take photos of the iconic Kyoto Tower. You’ll also have some free time to enjoy lunch (at your own expense).

Note: Your coach transfer will leave from Kyoto to Nagoya and will wait for you there, your luggage will be left on board of the coach while you continue with your program

In the afternoon, experience a true modern marvel by riding the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Kyoto to Nagoya Station where the coach will be waiting for you to continue with the last stop of today’s program.

Next and last stop of today’s itinerary is a visit to the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology in Nagoya.

Afterwards, you will be transferred to Hamamatsu. Upon arrival at your hotel, proceed to check in. Rest of the day at leisure

Next, explore the Sengenjinja Shrine before enjoying a scenic cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, surrounded by stunning natural beauty.

Afterward, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Hamamatsu, where a rich cultural experience and a delicious dinner buffet await.

The evening is free for you to explore at your leisure.
