Day 1
Depart Canada
Fly to Madrid.
Day 2-4
Welcome to Madrid
Arrive in Madrid and take a private transfer to your hotel. Then, explore Spain’s capital, better known as one of Europe’s largest cities with a great mix of historical and cosmopolitan flair. Known for the famous Prado Museum, royal palaces, open plazas, and of course, gastronomy.
You will also have plenty of free time to explore the city on your own, including nearby cities like Toledo.

Day 5-8
Madrid – Puerta de la Cruz, Tenerife
After breakfast, transfer on your own to the Madrid airport for your flight to Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands. Upon arrival, make your way to the hotel for check-in.
You’ll have plenty of time to explore the island at your own pace. Take advantage of the excursion included in your package, and spend the next four nights exploring one of Europe’s top sunny holiday destinations.
Tenerife is the most visited island of the Canary Islands archipelago and is one of the most important tourist destinations for Spain. Santa Cruz de Tenerife is the vibrant capital with many cultural experiences, including its spectacular Carnival of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Hiking enthusiasts can explore Mount Teide, a volcano with the highest point in all of Spain.

Half-day Tour in Tenerife, with Teide National Park and Volcano Visit
Enjoy your tour of Teide National Park and Mount Teide, which stands 3,718 meters high above sea level and 7,500 meters high from the ocean floor. It is Spain’s tallest point and is considered a natural monument that was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007.

Day 9-11
Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife – Barcelona
After breakfast, transfer on your own to the Tenerife airport and board your flight to Barcelona. Upon arrival, make your way to your hotel for check-in.
During the next few days, you will have plenty of time to fall in love with Barcelona’s world-famous monuments and art, all the way to the home of Antoni Gaudí, the Catalan architect and designer. Venture outside the city to Costa Brava and enjoy its beaches, visit the Benedictine monestary in Montserrat, and go cava tasting a vineyard close by.

This guided tour will take you through many of the city’s most photographed sites, including a visit to Gaudí’s masterpiece, the Sagrada Família, with skip-the-line tickets included.

After breakfast, take your private transfer to the Barcelona airport to board your flight home to Canada.
