Fly to Ponta Delgada, São Miguel, Azores.
Day 2 - 10
Discover Sao Miguel
Upon arrival in Ponta Delgada, you’ll take a private transfer to your hotel. You’ll spend the next 9 nights discovering this lush island, known as the “Green Island”, one of Europe’s top nature and adventure destinations.
São Miguel is a volcanic paradise known for dramatic landscapes, including crater lakes (Sete Cidades, Furnas), lush tea plantations (Gorreana), hot springs (Terra Nostra, Caldeira Velha) and black sand beaches.

• Sete Cidades: Explore the famous blue and green lakes. Options include the challenging Sete Cidades Loop (12.5 miles) or easier viewpoints like Vista do Rei.
• Furnas: Visit volcanic caldeiras and scenic waterfalls. Try the Lagoa das Furnas trail or the jungle-like Parque da Cascata for lush scenery.
• Lagoa do Fogo: Hike down to this pristine crater lake, often via the Praia to Lagoa do Fogo trail (moderate/hard) for spectacular views.

Full day Sete Cidades Cycling with Paddle Boat, including lunch box (with sandwich, water, juice and fruit)
Cycle along the rim of the Sete Cidades crater, passing through forest trails and scenic viewpoints. Then switch gears with a paddle boat ride across the twin lakes—one blue, one green—surrounded by volcanic cliffs and lush vegetation.
