Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Sydney

In Sydney, you will be met and chauffeured to your hotel for check-in, where you will spend 4 nights.

Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure exploring the city and its laid-back outdoor lifestyle, stunning views, colonial architecture, restaurants, and bars.

Day 2

Panoramic Sydney Sights

Meet the group for an unforgettable panoramic Sydney half-day city sights tour and visit the Rocks area and hear of early convict history. Continue through the financially focused Central Business District (CBD) and Macquarie Street. Marvel at 18th-century sandstone architecture. The tour continues to Mrs Macquaries Point to enjoy magnificent views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. 

Travelling along the coves and shores of one of the world's most impressive harbours, you’ll pass through areas such as Kings Cross, Double Bay, and Rose Bay before arriving at Watsons Bay. Travel on to famous Bondi Beach for a stop and visit the beachfront promenade or put your toes in the sand. 

At noon, you will embark on a 3-hour lunch cruise at Darling Harbour.

Day 3

Sydney to Blue Mountains Wildlife Day

After an early morning departure from the hotel, head to Calmsley Hill to visit a working farm also home to kangaroos, emus, wombats, and koalas before ascending the Blue Mountains.

The journey takes you off the beaten track to visit Blue Mountains National Park, which is one of seven national parks that make up the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area.

Arrive at Eaglehawk Lookout to view the Three Sisters rock formation. Once you clap your eyes on the view from Govetts Leap, you’ll know why it’s one of the most famous lookouts in Australia. The magnificent waterfall drops a whopping 180 metres to the base of the cliff, and the lookout provides sweeping views down the valley to the Grose Wilderness.

Stop to enjoy the delightful Blue Mountains Botanic Garden and enjoy the view across to Sydney before travelling down the Bells Line of Road to arrive back at your Sydney hotel.

Discover Sydney at leisure.

Day 5

Sydney to Melbourne

Meet your driver in the hotel lobby for transportation to board your flight to Melbourne.

On arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel, which will be home for 4 nights.

Enjoy the afternoon in Victoria’s capital city shopping, eating, and seeing interesting art.

Day 6

Melbourne Great Ocean Road

Meet in the lobby for a majestic coastal drive and enjoy time to relax and fully appreciate the wonders of this world-famous touring route. Stay on the lookout for some very special animals, including whales, dolphins, echidnas, and bandicoots.

Spend the afternoon walking the forest in the Otway Ranges. A truly unique day out, capped off by a visit to the ancient rock formations of the Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge before returning to the hotel.

Day 7

Melbourne Phillip Island and Moonlit Sanctuary Tour

Your guide will meet you in the hotel lobby to be whisked away to discover Phillip Island’s unique nature experiences and dramatic landscapes. Southeast from Melbourne, you will reach Moonlit Sanctuary Conservation Park, where endangered species, kangaroos, wallabies, and koalas are homed, plus an array of colourful birds and reptiles. 

The journey then leads onto Phillip Island, home of the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix and our famous Little Penguins. Visit Woolamai Beach to see surfers riding the waves, and then head to the western corner of the island to enjoy magnificent views of Bass Strait and the Nobbies, home to the largest colony of fur seals in Australia.

A trip to Phillip Island is not complete without its black-tie gala event: the Penguin Parade. Along the boardwalk viewing platform, you will see the little penguins come ashore as they hurry off to find their burrows. Following the parade, you will be transported back to your hotel.

Day 8

Melbourne

Enjoy your last day in the city at leisure.

Day 9

Melbourne to Brisbane

Check out of the hotel and meet the driver for your transfer to the airport and fly to Brisbane.

On arrival in Brisbane, meet your chauffeur, who will provide transportation to the hotel where you will spend the following 4 nights.

Spend the remainder of your day exploring on your own.

Day 10

Brisbane - Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary and Return River Cruise

Make your way out to the meeting point for an informative commentary from your captain as you glide along Brisbane’s waterfront, passing from the bustle of the city’s skyscrapers to leafy suburbs with waterside mansions.

Enjoy 3 hours to explore the world’s largest koala sanctuary and discover the Platypus House, where you may get a chance to see the shy platypus, a native to Australia. With more than 100 kangaroos and wallabies, you can also feed them or hold a koala.

Day 11

Brisbane - Marine Discovery Day Cruise

Meet your guide in the hotel lobby and go further than land can take you and enjoy a cruise along the Moreton Bay Regions protected marine park. Motor along the bay in a glass bottom boat where you can see the marine life beneath the surface.

Brisbane

On your last day in Brisbane, discover all the city has to offer at leisure.

Day 13

Brisbane Departure

Your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby and head to the airport for your return flight home.
