Itinerary
Day 1
Depart for your Flight to Calgary
Upon arrival in Calgary, make your own way to the hotel. The orientation meeting will be held at 6 PM to meet your tour leader and fellow travellers.
Day 2
Calgary - Lake Louise
Leave the city behind and head into the Rockies to discover two of Canada’s most iconic glacier-fed lakes, Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Enjoy free time to take in the breathtaking scenery and explore the surrounding area at your own pace.
Your travel time today will be approximately 2.5 hours.

Maligne Lake - Jasper National Park
Today, you’ll witness firsthand why Maligne Lake is featured on so many jigsaw puzzles. Make sure your phone or camera is fully charged, ready to capture shots of the jagged mountains and bright green pine forests that surround the lake’s glacial waters.

Jasper - Maligne Lake Cruise
Take to the water on a panoramic cruise down the lake, sailing in a glass-enclosed and heated boat while a guide shares their insights into the area’s geology, ecology and history. Then, stop for a nature walk to seek out views of the iconic Spirit Island, which is only accessible by boat, where you’ll learn about its significance to the Stoney Nakoda First Nation.

Athabasca Glacier - Banff
Today you’ll get the chance to step foot on a glacier.

Banff National Park
Get ready to explore the beauty of Banff National Park, discovering its valleys and mountain ranges formed over 75 million years as you travel through its historic landscapes.

Experience an Indigenous medicine walk led by a Cree guide, where you'll learn about traditional plant knowledge. You'll then ride the gondola up Sulphur Mountain for sweeping Rockies views and enjoy a farewell dinner at the summit.

Day 7
Banff - Calgary
After breakfast, drive back to Calgary by 12 PM. Upon arrival in Calgary, make your own way to the airport and board your flight home.

- Weather in the Rockies can be unpredictable; dress in layers throughout the year to adapt to changing conditions.
- Temperatures can drop significantly in the evenings, even during warmer months, so bring warm clothing.
- During July and August, mosquitoes and black flies are common, pack insect repellent.
- On departures in May, early June, September, and October, certain activities (such as gondolas, mountain hikes, or rafting) may not be available.
- This trip covers a lot of ground, as Canada is a big country. Please be prepared for some long days of driving. The drive between Sun Peaks and Jasper, for example, takes approximately six hours.
- The sequence of the itinerary may be altered for reasons beyond the supplier’s control, such as accommodation availability, weather and national events.
- If you departing on day 7, please do not book any flights before 3PM.
