Los Angeles: Downtown

Distance from LAX: Approximately 25 kilometres

West Hollywood

The Sunset Strip defines most of what we know today as West Hollywood. When here, it is customary to see live shows at esteemed venues like Whiskey A-Go-Go, the Troubadour or Roxy Theatre. It also hosts a number of LGBTQ2+ friendly activities and hotspots, like Sunday brunch specials with drag divas at Hamburger Mary’s, viewings of LGBTQ2+ materials from throughout history at the ONE Gallery, and the city’s most famous gay bar, The Abbey.

If there’s one thing Pasadena is serious about, it’s food. As a matter of fact, it’s got more restaurants per capita than New York City, with over 650 restaurants and eateries! Once your belly’s been satisfied with all it's got to offer, take a tour of the iconic Rose Bowl that hosts one of the oldest college football tournaments in the country (among other events).
