STAY INFORMED
Travel restrictions and mandatory safety protocols may be in place at certain destinations, on flights, and at airports, hotels and on cruise ships. The availability of services and facilities may be impacted.
Use this interactive tool to check out the latest government entry requirements and COVID-19 measures in place at your destination.
Canada re-entry requirements
Since October 1, 2022, there are no COVID-19 border requirements, including vaccination and the mandatory use of ArriveCAN. Travellers arriving in Canada no longer need to meet COVID-19 testing, quarantine or isolation requirements.
Masks
There are no longer requirements to wear masks on-board flights. Although the masking requirement is lifted, customers are recommended to wear high-quality and well-fitted masks for the length of their journey. International destinations may still require face coverings. Find out your destination travel restrictions.
Vaccination
Passengers do not need to be fully vaccinated to board a flight within, to, or from Canada.
Travel requirements to international destinations are determined by the government of each country and vary from country to country.
Requirements may include, but are not limited to, proof of vaccination, proof of a negative COVID-19 test, entry forms, face coverings, on-arrival testing and quarantine. Documents and test types required for your outbound travel may differ from those required for the return. It is your responsibility.
In order to be prepared, we encourage all travellers to consult the government websites of their selected destination prior to their departure for more information, or review this interactive tool.
Testing
Depending on your destination, a negative COVID-19 test result taken within a specified time frame may be required prior to departure, upon landing, or both. Certain countries require a negative COVID-19 test result even if you are only connecting through to another destination. You may not be able to board your flight without the correct documentation. Cruises
Certain cruise lines have updated their pre-cruise testing requirements. Be sure to check out our Cruise page for your cruise line’s vaccination requirements, health protocols and safety measures before you hit the high seas.
