HOW TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP

DOES YOUR BOOKING INCLUDE CAREFLEX?

YES.

You can cancel your booking within:

  • 21+ days before departure for a full refund.
  • 20-3 days before departure for a future travel credit.

Cancel your trip by submitting your information in the section above. If you’ve booked your vacation through a travel agent, you can also cancel your trip online.

You can cancel your booking within:

  • 2-0 days before departure with no refund or future travel credit.

If your departure is in less than 72 hours, please call us at 1-800-296-3408 and select option 1 to cancel your vacation.

Terms and conditions for CareFlex cancellation policy

The CareFlex travel protection plan is applicable to new bookings of vacation packages in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and to Flight & Hotel packages and tour packages in Europe, USA and Canada. CareFlex is not applicable to Asia, Oceania, the Middle East & North Africa, South America, Flight & Cruise packages, Walt Disney World vacations, any over-the-water villas or bungalows at Sandals Resorts, or any three or four-bedroom villas at Beaches Resorts

CareFlex cancellation policy: Cancellations are permitted up to 3 days prior to departure. The refund method depends on the number of days before the initial departure date: Up to 21 days prior to departure, the package total price will be refunded to the original form of payment; 20 to 3 days prior to departure, 100% of the total price will be given as an in-house credit. Cancellations requested 2 prior to departure or less, including day of departure, are 100% non-refundable. Car rentals, excursions, theme park tickets and other attractions are non-refundable. The cost of the Travel Protection Plans is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, a waiting period of 15 days before rebooking a new vacation applies. The in-house credit is not refundable and is valid for one year and may not be redeemed for cash. The CareFlex plan can be repurchased at the same time the new eligible package is booked. Clients will assume any difference in price resulting from partial cancellations. No refund is issued if the new price is lower than the original price. Any remaining credit will remain on file and can be redeemed any time until expiry. Travel credits cannot be used for car rentals, excursions, theme park tickets and other attractions.

Terms and Conditions of our Price Drop Guarantee

Price Drop Guarantee: Get a refund if the price of your package drops after you book. The Price Drop Guarantee is redeemable on a decrease of the total package price, including taxes up to a maximum refund of $200 per person. The Price Drop Guarantee must be requested by phone within 5 days of the change in said price drop with presentation of a date/time-stamped proof of the price drop. If no proof is provided, the price at the time of requesting a price drop will apply, if lower than the purchased price. Only valid up to 21 days prior to departure at the latest for travel to Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and for cruises. Only valid up to 30 days prior to departure at the latest for Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East & North Africa, South America, Canada and the United States. Only applicable on the same package available on aircanadavacations.com. Must be the same departure date, departure city, room or cabin category, meal plan, length of stay, flight, and class of service as the original booking to qualify. Subject to space availability for a new booking at the time the refund is requested. Can only be applied once to any reservation. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment used for the original booking. Processing of the refund may require 14 days or more.
