HOW TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP

DID YOUR BOOKING INCLUDE CAREFLEX OR CAREFLEXPLUS?

YES.

You can cancel your booking within:

  • 21+ days before departure for a full refund.
  • 20-3 days before departure for a future travel credit.

Cancel your trip by submitting your information in the section above. If you’ve booked your vacation through a travel agent, you can also cancel your trip directly online.

You can cancel your booking within:

  • 2-0 days before departure with no refund or future travel credit.

Terms and conditions for CareFlex cancellation policy

CareFlex Travel Protection Plan is applicable to new bookings of vacation packages in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and to Flight & Hotel packages and tours in Europe, USA and Canada. CareFlex is not applicable to any cruise package or packages at Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts or Grand Pineapple Beach Resort Negril.

CareFlex cancellation policy: Cancellations are permitted up to 3 days prior to departure. The refund method depends on the number of days before the initial departure date: Up to 21 days prior to departure, the package total price will be refunded to the original form of payment; 20 to 3 days prior to departure, 100% of the total price will be given as an in-house credit. Cancellations requested 2 prior to departure or less, including day of departure, are 100% non-refundable. Car rentals, excursions, theme park tickets and other attractions are non-refundable. The cost of the Travel Protection Plans are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, a waiting period of 15 days before rebooking a new vacation applies. The in-house credit is not refundable and is valid for one year and may not be redeemed for cash. The CareFlex plan can be repurchased at the same time the new eligible package is booked. Clients will assume any difference in price increase resulting from partial cancellations. No refund is issued if the new price is lower than the original price. Any remaining credit will remain on file and can be redeemed any time until expiry. Travel credits cannot be used for car rentals, excursions, theme park tickets and other attractions.

Terms and conditions for CareFlexPlus cancellation policy

CareFlexPlus is only applicable to new bookings of vacation packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, to Flight & Hotel packages, tours and pre-bundled packages in Europe, the United States and Canada, made until December 12, 2021, for travel by October 31, 2022. The CareFlexPlus plan is not applicable to cruises.

CareFlexPlus plan cancellation policy: Cancellations are permitted up until 3 days prior to departure for sun destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America, and up until 7 days prior to departure for destinations in Europe, the United States and Canada. The refund method depends on the number of days before the initial departure date: up until 25 days prior to departure, the package total price will be refunded in the original form of payment; 24 to 21 days prior to departure, 50% of the total price will be given in in-house credit and 50% will be refunded in the original form of payment; 20 days to 3 days prior to departure for sun destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America and 20 days to 7 days prior to departure for destinations in Europe, the United States and Canada, 100% of the total price will be given in in-house credit. Car rentals, private transfers, excursions, theme park tickets and other attractions are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, a waiting period of 15 days before rebooking a new vacation applies. In-house credit is neither transferable nor refundable. The CareFlexPlus plan can be repurchased at the same time the new eligible package is booked. Terms and Conditions of our Price Drop Guarantee

Price Drop Guarantee: Get a refund of maximum $200 per person if the price of your package drops after you book. The Price Drop Guarantee must be requested by phone within 5 days of the change in said price drop with presentation of a proof of the price drop. If no proof is provided, the price at the time of requesting a price drop will apply, if lower than the purchased price. Not valid within 21 days of departure for Mexico, Caribbean, Central America and Cruise. Not valid within 30 days of departure for Europe, Canada and the United States. Only applicable on the same package available on aircanadavacations.com. Must be the same departure date, departure city, room/cabin category, meal plan, length of stay, flight and class of service as the original booking to qualify. Space for a new booking must be available at time of requesting refund. Can only be applied once to a reservation. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment existing on file. Processing may require 14 days or more. The Price Drop Guarantee is redeemable on a decrease of the total package price, including taxes.
