REFUNDS FOR VACATIONS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19
Starting on April 13, 2021, Air Canada Vacations began accepting and processing refund requests from eligible customers whose vacations were cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Requests for refunds were only accepted online from April 13 to July 12, 2021, inclusively.

All requests for a refund submitted after 11:59 pm EST on July 12, 2021 are subject to our regular terms and conditions.
In cases where a customer's flight is cancelled by Air Canada Vacations, we offer all customers the choice of receiving a refund.

PROCESSING TIME FOR REQUESTS MADE BEFORE JULY 13, 2021

If you submitted your request before the deadline, there's no additional action needed on your end.
